斯特蘭德揚加拉旅館(Yongala Lodge by the Strand)

Un séjour dans un bâtiment historique, qui permet de profiter d'un emplacement central dans un environnement calme. Bonne étape pour explorer la ville et les alentours, dans une ambiance bien chaleureuse.

Wonderful staff, they made both my dog and I very welcome.

This place is a solid 3 star located on the Strand right in the heart of Townsville. Don't get me wrong, it is by no means a luxury property, but it gives excellent value for money. We felt safe and comfortable, the location gives easy walking access to all of the Strand, restaurants, bars, etc. Great place to stay if you are on a budget!

Great accomodation, room was a great layout, only thing was the TV didn’t work (didn’t need it anyway). Close walk to dining areas and Water Park. Good communication and pleasant staff.

Staff very welcoming & considerate. The room was spacious. Little one loved the pool, plus tge strand is a 50 metre walk. Will stay again

Attractive historic property. Very clean large rooms with all you need. Staff very helpful, friendly and polite. Quiet neighbourhood, few minutes walk to The Strand or bus to take you to ferry terminal. Easy 10 min walk to supermarket, cafes etc in one direction. Or 20 min in other for same. Most other hotels along Strand appear to have bars and restaurants. For me this just creates more noise and people so if you prefer a more calm stay Yongala would be better choice.

At this price, a lovely living room and seperate bedroom, that's fantastic. Super friendly staff. It's walking distance from the activity hub at the Strand, and also from the Flinders Street area with cafes and restaurants. We had a great stay, would love to do it again. Room was very clean, beds very comfortable.

The Lodge was fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend it to others.

Come for the manager, stay for the rest. Nicole is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. She clearly loves people, the hotel and the town. Nothing is too much trouble. Amazing what a difference a warm smile can do for your spirits at the end of a long day on the road. Worth coming back for!
