Let me store luggage on arrival day, then took it to room for me ready for when I checked in. Let me have late check out for no extra charge and stored luggage.

So much for after hours management 👎 No one answered to us for check-in after hours 😔

Check in was very smooth however we were not notified at any time that there was no hot water. When we went to shower in the morning before traveling, we were in for a shock. After speaking with management about it on check out, there was no offer of compensation other than an apology for no hot water. After pushing the fact that paying over $100 for a room with no ability to shower was not reasonable, I was finally able to get a partial refund.

No rooms had hot water as they'd run out of gas but I wasn't advised at check-in (at 8pm) so I at least had the choice to find another motel. A casual apology was given at checkout but no compensation was offered. Terrible stay!!
I can't understand the excellent reviews for this place as it is very tired and in need of renovation. The beds aren't good (despite what another review said, and I've NEVER stayed at a place that ran out of hot water.
