Every room face water, beautiful room, very relaxing. Smart service for late checkin people, helpful service.

I loved my stay 😊 it was so pretty and clean. The lady at the front was really polite and help full. Great place to stay every things so close and a beautiful view.

The room on the 4th Floor was in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom door would not close, the door was so obviously damaged and no one bothered to have it fixed. The carpet was worn and torn in front of the balcony door. The only thing that was reasonable was the kitchen area. The room we were given was right in front of the lifts and when trying to sleep you could clearly hear the lifts going up and down. Parking in the evening was also a problem with spaces.

Not only was the property unclean they took $100 out of my account after I left and accused me of smoking in the room. I Don’t Smoke!

Very old rooms for the price. Aircon didn't even work and we were offered no alternative.

The absolute best location in Townsville! The hotel was easy to find, the apartment was very nice, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We absolutely loved this hotel!

Excellent position on the Strand, overlooking the ocean and Magnetic Island. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff. Near to lots of restaurants. Useful to have the laundry on site. Can be noisy from road or your neighbours.

Whilst the view was outstanding we had the worst nights sleep on the mattress. Saggy and very uncomfortable
