費城福吉谷-大峽谷萬楓套房酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Philadelphia Valley Forge/Great Valley)

Clean, comfortable new hotel. Everything is expectedly in very good condition. But they don't build these hotels like they used to — we could hear every footstep in the room one floor above us. Heater for the indoor pool was broken, so that took away our ability to enjoy the prime amenity. Water pressure in the showers was also weak, which was surprising for a new hotel.

Smelled like cigarette smoke the entire night. The front desk concierge was rude/not helpful and there wasn’t any food at breakfast. Poor customer service when we voiced our concerns.

Clean, convenient, overall great. Comfortable beds. Good desk area for working. Large TV in room. I checked in at 8am and my room was ready.

This hotel is relatively new but is not being properly maintained. The bathroom had some mold. On top of this, they did not empty waste baskets during the three days we stayed (forget about changing sheets or cleaning the room!). All in all a real disappoin**ent as we have stayed at this hotel several times.

Super comfortable bed and very nice room. Parking at midnight in an adjoining lot was confusing in the dark.

Me and my husband was very much satisfied with our stay,very nice and clean i would referral this Location to many of my friends and family. Keep up the great work.

As always this property exceeded my expectations in a welcoming oasis of comfort for a nice weekend stay.

There weren’t any towels in the pool area so when everyone had to leave, water kept getting everywhere.

Room and breakfast were good. Pool was a big disappoin**ent—cold water made it unsuitable for the young kids. Shivering within 5 minutes.
