帝國公園酒店(Park Hotel Imperial)

Le Park Hôtel Imperial de Limone Sul Garda est vendu comme un 5*L(uxe). Mais dans la réalité vous allez être très surpris. Malheureusement pas dans le bon sens. Si vous y réservez pour la 1re fois vous allez être séduit par les belles images du site internet et des services proposés mais une fois arrivé sur place c’est la désillusion totale. D'abord quand j'avais téléphoné pour réserver j'avais demandé une chambre aux étages supérieurs. Mais au check-in on m’annonce que l’hôtel est complet et on me donne une chambre aux étages inférieurs dont le balcon donne directement sur la terrasse du café et du restaurant du petit déjeuner. La 1re nuit j’ai dû utiliser des boules quies pour dormir à cause du vacarme des gens qui discutent au bar jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Le lendemain matin je vais à la réception pour demander qu’on me change de chambre. Mais la responsable des réservations (qui fait office de cheffe de la réception, patronne des lieux) me répond d’un air fâché « non on n’a pas d’autres chambres, on est au complet » Je lui rétorque « mais Madame nous sommes le dimanche matin et on m’à dit que de nombreux clients allaient quitter l’hôtel ? » « Oui c’est vrai mais d’autres clients vont arriver » me répond-elle. « Mais Madame ces clients ne connaissent pas à l’avance le numéro de leur chambre ? » Lui ai-je répondu. Devant l’intransigeance de la dame je voulais quitter l’hôtel mais comme c’est cette même personne qui m’avait fait la réservation au téléphone en m’appliquant un tarif «package 3 nuits en demi-pension + un massage et un parcours spa", si j’annule les 2 nuits restantes je perd tout. Par conséquent j’ai pris mon mal en patience et j’ai supporté la médiocrité de cet établissement qui n’est absolument pas un 5*L. Je ne lui donne même pas un 4*. C’est juste un 3* amélioré. Et voici pourquoi je fais ce jugement : - D’abord le dit parcours spa n’est rien d’autre qu’un sauna, un hammam où il fait terriblement chaud et deux ou 3 cabines de douche (froide et chaude). Rien de plus. Aucune assistance à côté. J’étais seul à occuper les lieux pendant 1 heure. Donc rien d’extraordinaire. - Vient ensuite le massage. Je ne sais pas quelle formation à suivi cette praticienne mais elle ne connaît rien au métier. Durant toute ma vie d’agent de voyages labellisé Iata j’ai essayé le service massage dans de nombreux hôtels mais je n’avais jamais subi une prestation aussi nulle. - Le lendemain après une matinée au bord de la piscine je suis allé au bar du restaurant pour commander un plat chaud. On me répond que malheureusement la cuisine avait déjà fermé. Je leur dit « je me contente du menu du room-service » On me répond « mais Monsieur l’hôtel n’a pas de room-service » Donc quoi faire ? À 14h 20 le restaurant ferme et donc on mange quoi ? « Il y a juste des paninis et quelques salades » me répond-on. J’ai dû sortir de l’hôtel pour aller au centre du village pour manger un plat chaud. C’est ça un hôtel 5*LUXE ?!!! - Quant au confort de la chambre tout

Wir sind total verärgert! Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der Deluxe Suite und der Whirlpool war eine reine Katastrophe. Der Jacuzzi ist an beiden Abenden plötzlich gegen 22.30Uhr ausgegangen. Auf Nachfrage kam ein Hotelmitarbeiter, der sich überhaupt nicht mit dem Pool ausgekannt hat. Mit der Zeit hat der Pool dann nach Abwasser gestunken und das Wasser hat sich ekelhaft gelblich verfärbt. Auch hier wurde uns nicht weitergeholfen. Stattdessen wurden wir extrem unfreundlich angefahren, weil sich angeblich Nachbarn über unsere Lautstärke beschwert hätten. Wohlgemerkt war es noch vor 23Uhr und wir haben nur in Zimmerlautstärke miteinander geredet. Am Abreisetag wurden wir zuerst abgewürgt, erst nach einer hartnäckigen Beschwerde haben wir dann einen lächerlichen Preisnachlass von 200€ bekommen. Selbst dies ist eine Frechheit, da wir trotzdem viel Geld für nicht erbrachte Leistungen zahlen mussten. Lediglich der Service & das Essen im Restaurant waren sehr gut. Alles in allem sind wir aber einfach nur verärgert und enttäuscht!

Un Ristorante davvero unico a bordo piscina. Prezzi giusti e buona scelta tra carne e pesce, ci torneremo. Completamente confortevole e il servizio è molto gentile e una buona preparazione. E c'è un barista che mi ha suggerito i migliori drink per gusto.

La vera differenza di questo meraviglioso hotel e’ la professionalità la gentilezza il garbo del personale , sono riusciti a rendere il soggiorno con la mia anziana madre unico e divertente, un ringraziamento speciale a Francesco Walter Luigi ed al personale tutto anche del front Office , da menzionare anche l’ottimo ristorante e la strepitosa posizione

Mio marito ha prenotato non sapevo dove mi portava sono rimasta piacevolmente contenta . Tutto il personale molto gentile disponibile e sorridente , camera molto calda sia come temperatura ( adoro) che come arredamento e disposizione un appunto mancava la crema corpo che abitualmente trovo negli hotel qui non c'era . Abbiamo prenotato la SPA molto confortevole eravamo da soli all'accoglienza ci è stato consigliato un percorso all'interno delle zone umide ottimo molto apprezzato frutta e verdura disidratata era ottima tisane e the molto buoni . Cena e colazione tutto ottimo . Anche il post serata molto bello con una cantante veramente bravissima che ha coinvolto tutti gli ospiti con discrezione . Hotel situato vicino al centro di Limone abbiamo fatto la mattina seguente una bella passeggiata in questo centro storico veramente stupendo e particolare

Ambiente di livello e ben tenuto. Pulito e attenzione ai dettagli. Personale cordiale ma non asfissiante. Ci siamo trovati bene nel nostro purtroppo brevissimo soggiorno. Speriamo di poter tornare facendo qualche giorno in più. Alla prossima

Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Personal, sehr gutem Essen und bestem Service. Alles ist tip top in Schuss. Alle Zimmer wurden in den letzten Jahren renoviert. Sauberkeit wird große geschrieben und auch gelebt. Die Zimmerreinigung ist klasse. Nur die Kopfkissen waren uns zu hart und das keine Bodylotion mehr zur Verfügung gestellt wird, sind die beiden Negativpunkte. Wer Action sucht wird sie hier nicht finden. Hier findet man Erholung pur.

Just returned from two weeks at this lovely hotel. It is possibly the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Every surface was polished without a sign of a blemish or mark from the glass, tiles, chrome , doors and mirrors in our room. Our room was a junior suite which was tiled on the walls and floors and throughout the bathroom . Powered shutters to the balcony kept the sun out in the morning. Powerful rainfall shower and lovely soft towels replaced every day. Kettle and coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge . Big TV on the wall which we didn’t really use as only English Channel was BBC News. Pool towels and a bag provided as well as robes, flip flops and slippers. Breakfast was superb on the little terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Lots of fresh pastries and bread, cold meats, cereals and cheeses as well as an egg station where the chef would cook eggs to your liking. Service was amazing and the staff were friendly polite and very efficient. They even remembered how we liked our eggs cooking and prepared them without asking.We ate at the restaurant 3 times during our stay and it was like a fine dining experience with beautifully prepared food that looked as well as it tasted. Reasonable prices for such an experience too. We had a couple of trips booked which required an early start and they even opened the restaurant just for two of us at 6:00 am to provide breakfast. Public areas were spotless and gleaming and we had some snacks from the small bar menu on some of the days we spent around the pool. Again , reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Sun loungers were comfortable and there are also 3 cabanas. Pool was quite chilly as it was early May but the hydro massage pool was heated so we used that mostly for a quick dip. We had one day where it rained all day so we used the indoor pool, steam rooms and sauna. Again this was extremely clean. Hotel is on the hillside above the town and you can see the lake and the mountains which was lovely. It is about a 10 minute walk down to Limone town and there are various routes to walk both down and up. There is a side gate from the car park , room key controlled, which leads to a footpath and we found that to be very useful. They also offer a free shuttle bus which runs most of the day on request and finishes at 7pm. Loads of places to eat in the town for all budgets and the ferry port is easily reached so you can explore other parts of the lake by boat. As others have said on top of everything else it is the staff that make the difference here. From the restaurant manager to the waiters and waitresses in the bar and the room maids, they were always friendly and polite. If you can, get a private transfer as other guests we had talked to arrived by coach and after lots of drop offs at other hotels it took them nearly 5 hours from Verona airport. We really have been spoiled and when we come back to Limone we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This is an adult style hotel which presents an air of calm tranquillity in which to unwind. The whole place is spotlessly clean and well maintained. All rooms are laid out round the pool with a view towards the lake. There's a spar with indoor pool and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy outside. Low-key entertainment was put on in the bar on a few evenings when we were there in late summer. The food at breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner is of a very high quality. It's fresh and varied every day. Drinks prices are reasonable. But the standout feature that makes this place a 5 star experience is the team ... they really are customer service professionals. Not just that, they genuinely want you to have the best holiday you can. Everybody we met, from reception, housekeeping, ground-keeping and restaurant were lovely, helpful people. HUGE shout-out to Katia (good luck with the travelling, look us up if you get to the UK) and the wine-waiter. I've stayed in hotels around the world that think they are 5 star. The team at Park Imperial really do provide a friendly, discrete 5 star experience.
