This is a reasonably priced hotel, which does not feel impersonal. There is parking available, which is great inside the city. The room was comfortable and warm, with plenty of space and good amenities. The hotel is just on the edge of the pedestrianised old city, so getting around is easy. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Περιποιημένο ξενοδοχείο σε ιδανική θέση στο κέντρο της πόλης. Τα πάντα όσα αφορούν σε ένα επισκέπτη βρίσκονται σε απόσταση λίγων λεπτών περπατήματος. Το δωμάτιο καθαρό και αξιοπρεπές με μόνο προβληματικό σημείο την έλλειψη κάποιας κλασικής ντουλάπας ή συρταριών. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και αρκούντος εξυπηρετικό σε ό,τι ζητήθηκε.

房間很乾淨,牀很舒服,早餐很棒(很多選擇,一切都很新鮮,東西很親切/支持)。位置不能再好 - 只有幾米遠到主街(也是聖誕市場)。地下兩層可以停車-有很多地方可以獨立有滿房。我們以後隨時會再來,這個地方非常推薦給大家!

由於前天過來所有景點都關了，對德國之行期望最高的馬克思故居沒看到，不甘心，又返回來了！酒店早餐不錯很豐富，還有方便麵呢。辦入住時，前台讓把預訂酒店時收到的預訂單，發郵件給酒店，並且強調很重要。德國此行20天，唯一一家需要給酒店發送預訂單郵件的，辦理入住的需要注意下

We had a 2 night stay at this lovely boutique hotel in Trier. Excellent location in the heart of Trier with the sights and restaurants/bars all within easy walking distance. Parking was in a public car park just a short walk from the hotel. Superb bedroom with a very comfortable bed, good pillows, fluffy towels, bathrobes and a wide range of toiletries. A bowl of fruit, some chocolates and bottled water awaited us in our room on arrival. We were on the second floor in a room with a bay window overlooking the street. This was one of the best hotel bedrooms we have ever stayed in and we are seasoned travellers! Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of fresh fruit and continental style offering. Eggs, in any form, were cooked to order. All washed down with fresh juice or Alsace fizz and plenty of coffee/tea. We had dinner in the cellar restaurant one night. Superb food and excellent service by the waiting staff. All of the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If we return to Trier we would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended

The main advantages are the location, being a five minute walk from the main rail station and very large rooms. I imagine that the hotel was very glamourous some years ago, but it is now an ageing hotel with some charms. The rooms do not have a fridge - the space is now sealed sghut, and the safe wasn’t operative. The bed is an issue - there are two old single beds pushed together and there are separate bed covers for each, which are not nice for a couple. The room has a lot to offer with a lounge and two comfortable chairs, in an era when rooms are tiny and have no chairs or amenities. Ideally, the hotel needs upgrading and renovating but the cost is reasonable and it does offer good value. The staff were friendly and I liked this hotel more than the more modern, boxy hotels we stayed at in several other cities on this trip.
