Host cortese e disponibile, ambiente pulito, camera spaziosa peccato solo che sia al 3 piano senza ascensore e che gli interruttori notturni delle luci nelle scale non siano illuminati. Comunque soggiorno ok , il bb è posizionato in maniera perfetta al centro di tutto.

It was a very good location. Exactly in centrum.
Very basic and very small rooms. Calm. Cleanliness was fine. It was nice that there was unlimited water use included. Coffee machine was broken. Consider the fact that there’s no lift in the building and If you have a big luggage with you, you have to carry it up the stairs by yourself for 4 floors. Overall , it’s ok for one day stay.

Ho soggiornato il 25 agosto con la famiglia. Ci siamo trovati bene .come deve essere quando affitti un appartamento,pulito,ordinato e organizzato come una camera di hotel. Questo host lo era !! Pulizia,attenzione al cliente,asciugamani,bagnoschiuma,una piccola hall con acqua a disposizione,caffè e briosce la mattina.letto comodo( molto importante) È in pieno centro,unica pecca che 3 piani con le valige pesanti resta complicato.ma sul sito ci avvisa di questo inconveniente. Tutto ok lo consiglio a tutti.

Defenitively the best place in Sanremo, the place was more than what I expected and the staff was very helpful and acomodating.
Acess to the property was very easy also, and the location is prime, where restaurants and bars are located!

Super emplacement, au troisième étage sans ascenseur, mais avec tout ce qu'on mange ça ne fait pas de mal 😉.
Chambres très propres rénovées avec goût assez spacieuses.
Un petit coin d entrée appréciable avec un frigo avec des paniers numérotés pour chaque chambre.
J'ai eu l occasion de contacter la Team d Emily Rooms et impeccable très réactif.

La stanza nella quale abbiamo alloggiato era piccola e poco pulita. C erano peli nel letto e polvere ovunque. L odore era pessimo. Il telecomando del televisore non funzionava e nel bagno c era mezzo rotolo di carta igienica. Sicuramente non ci torneremo.

Clean room, great location. Stayed only I night .liked the free coffee. Had trouble obtaining code for room, eventually sorted out via e mails. great bathroom, shower amenities. The only hitch was the room was on 3rd floor. Following a night out. The automatic light only lit the first floor, it was difficult finding the code button,
