I’m upset to say that although my stay at the property was nice the owners over charged me two times. I reached out more than once to settle this as to why and was not contacted back. It’s upsetting to hear a family run business would decide to take money from those who stay with them without explanation. It doesn’t seem worth the money taken to have an upset customer. I will not be staying with them again.

We stayed at the Happy Trails B&B for one night for our trip to the Bryce Canyon National Park. We loved the easy check-in and check-out procedure. The place felt cozy and relaxing. We especially loved the delicious and healthy breakfast. Thank you!

Please do not stay here. The owners are extremely rude, and they do not care about you. My friend and I were given the wrong code and we could not access

Pros- Nice B&B to stay at while traveling to the parks. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Bedsheets were so soft and cozy. Cons - There was a big stain on the comfy looking chair in our room which we avoided sitting on. Shower curtain was also stained at the bottom (mildew or rust), shower drain cover was loose and almost cut myself on it. Sink was also clogged.

Beautiful bed and Breakfast. Great breakfast provided by Gabe. He was very friendly and informative about the area. Good restaurants in the area. Perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon.

Happy at Happy Trails Happy Trails was just what we needed after a long day on the road — quiet, clean, comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was freshly prepared and served up with a smile by Gabe, who is chef and property manager. If we find our travels taking us to Tropic again, we will definitely stay at Happy Trails.
