Horrible. I called a week before booking for my daughter's birthday party to ensure the pool was open. The lady I spoke to told me it was. Upon arrival I was told the pool wasn't open so I had to call around last minute and don't get my refund for 5 days.

We have stayed at this property several times during our drives to Florida, friendly efficient check in, clean spacious rooms. They have an amazing person working in the breakfast area (think her name is Shirley) . We were a little early for the weekend breakfast and yet she still accommodated us. This was a real advantage to us.

When I came to check in the room wasnt ready so no big deal I went and did something for an hour. When I came back the room still wasnt ready. The front desk women went to see if she could find a room for me. She did and came back and got me all checked in sent me to the room. It was a king size, and it was a good size room. Had the bed, the closet, flat screen tv, microwave and fridge, couch chair, desk a flat bench. Seemed like a lot of stuff was placed in the room but I didnt care it had what I needed. They did have parking and seemed like it was enough. it sits back in an area with a couple other hotels, couple of restaurants a gas station and Walmart. Overall this room was great for what I needed very clean no bugs and they had bfast.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We had a king deluxe room and it had a lot of space. Bathroom was nice. Staff was friendly. Hotel is near restaurants and shopping centers. We thought there was a hot tub as some pictures showed but they must have closed their hot tub permanently. The pool was nice size and water temperature was good. Would stay here again.

One of the nicest looing Choice properties I have ever seen. Everything is immaculate, front desk personnel is personable and the room was top notch. What could be the problem? If you take a room with 2 queens, one of the beds is inches from the air conditioner. The air blows off the side of the bed back into the unit. So, it's cold only in the space between the bed and the a/c unit while the rest of the room is 10-15 degrees warmer. What a shame. We ended up having to sleep with the windows open to cool the room off.
