特拉基太浩湖萬豪春山套房酒店

由於工作安排，我從裡諾機場租了一輛車，然後入住飯店。因為是萬豪酒店，所以員工非常有禮貌和熱情。飯店設施乾淨舒適。豐盛的早餐讓我一天有個美好的開始！我肯定會再次入住這家酒店！

位置便利，靠近高速公路。設施乾淨寬敞。房間設施不多，但可以向前台索取。早餐品質不太好。

Cam at check-in was amazing.y friendly and helpful. The hotel is updated and smells really fresh and new, and all the paint/carpet/furnishings are really new-feeling. Beds are comfy, and the rooms are huge. Only knock on our stay was that one of the two elevators was not working, and the one working one was very slow. So we had to do some waiting around sometimes since we had to do multiple trips with a luggage cart. Parking is all outdoor and you have to pay for it, but it seemed very safe. We were able to park in a spot that could be seen very easily right from our window. It is also not an area with any foot traffic, so there just aren't that many people that would pass your parked car. Including photos of the half-decent gym since often there aren't great pictures of hotels' gyms.

Room 105 was clean, with high ceilings. But it could be updated, and it had ticking sound in the wall. The TV was not in front of either bed or sofa; it was very awkward to watch the TV no matter where we sat. The hotel didn't provide a filtered water fountain. The breakfast was very basic.

The hotel appeared to be fairly new. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was varied and good. All the staff members were helpful. The hotel is a hike from the downtown area of Truckee, so we drove or took an Uber. We really enjoyed Truckee. There were a couple of little things that were not as I expected. The fire pit is located near the front door and parking lot and so not very picturesque. The pool is miniscule and is located it a rather uninviting courtyard. But we came for the beautiful area and proximity to Truckee and were happy with the hotel.

The problem that dragged this review from a 4.5 down to a 2 is the manner in which corporate management has truncated normal electrical and electronic usage and enjoyment. My devices would not charge properly. The internet could not be powered properly. TV usage was narrowly controlled. Until I learn that these restrictive policies have been altered, I will never again use this chain. This is such a shame. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is solicitous and caring. The breakfast was well done. It is such a shame that my experience was ruined by the restrictive electrical and electronic programming.

Clean, modern look... But uncomfortable pillows, weird room setup for a family, and teeny tiny pool. Plus, the restroom door cut my daughter's foot.

Nice place kinda a pain in the ass and not convenient to food or stores.Maybe cause i didnt no my way around but to get anywhere to eat or shop you had had to take the long wsy round with traffic circles everywhere.. Lake Tahoe was spectacular and not tourists season yet.
