羅斯瓦因酒店

這是一棟非常漂亮的房子，花園也同樣美麗，地理位置絕佳。我們住了幾天，房間很不錯。前台服務一如既往地好。身為飯店客人，我們不能保證一定能在餐廳訂到晚餐位子，需要提前一天左右預訂。可惜的是，早餐時既沒有提到這一點，也沒有人詢問。之後，一位友好的工作人員幫我們在附近的酒吧預訂了座位。飯店提出，如果我們不需要客房服務，第二次晚餐可以享受15%的折扣，我們欣然接受了。然而，退房時，前台接待員卻拒絕了我們的折扣（還訓斥了我們五分鐘），理由是我們沒有正確辦理入住手續。我在家已經受夠了這種繁文縟節，度假時可不想再遇到這種事。總而言之，酒店很不錯，但缺乏人情味，沒有熱情友好（我們在英國其他酒店很少遇到這種情況）。冷冰冰的商業氣息始終揮之不去。房子前面有六個電動車充電樁，但可惜只有一個能用，而且總是被佔用著。以後我們去英國旅行不會再住這棟房子了。

Lovely hotel in prime location with sea views. Spacious rooms with good facilities. Indoor pool booking system provides guests with exclusive use of the pool for 45 minutes. Beach a short walk from hotel (5 minutes). Staff are pleasant and helpful. Enjoyable two day break - would certainly return.

這家飯店名副其實，是五星級飯店。我們被免費升級到了海景房，還帶一個大陽台。員工熱情友好，廚師更是精益求精，特意烹調了一道不含茴香的奶油醬汁。二月是入住的絕佳時機，性價比很高，花園裡的山茶花也開得格外美麗。

飯店位置絕佳，環境清幽，擁有壯麗的海景。是沿海步道健行的理想選擇。飯店各處都溫暖舒適，尤其是室內游泳池。我們入住的套房寬敞明亮，可飽覽花園和海景。員工熱情友善，樂於助人。

I have just spent 3 days in the very delightful Hotel Rosevine . My stay was very comfortable and the food was delicious and very nicely presented . My room was upgraded to a studio, with stunning sea views . There was a good selection of foods in a buffet style menu for breakfast + a variety of traditional hot foods . The evening meals were again a delicious selection of well presented foods . The staff were all very friendly and professional in their approach to making one's stay comfortable and full of lovely memories . A very special mention must go to Beth , Receptionist .. She organised a schedule for my return journey to Scotland in a very competent manner . Another member is Freddie . FBB assistant . His attention to detail was second to none , and a resuld made my stay even more memorable . Last and not least the Operations Manager Julandi was very proficient and made my stay very memorable

We had an afternoon tea and evening dinner here. The food was absolutely amazing, Freddie as front of house provided oustanding service and the chef's dinner was sumptious. As a venue, they are ideally placed for the beach and walking on the coastal path. A real gem.
