This hotel is an unfortunate example of a decent infrastructure undermined by post Soviet service mentality and cost cutting in wrong places. The day we arrived was warm day in October. But after the central air conditioning has been turned off for the season (!) The temperature in the room was 26c (almost 80f) and you had to choose between that or mosquitoes if you opened the door. Mattresses were cheap and lumpy. Internet spotty. Food service exhibited classical Soviet era combination of indifference and incompetence. The grounds were great as were the spa facilities (shared with another hotel) . Security guys were very serious. You get the picture .

This hotel is locate on Tsinandali Estate and is about 10 min walk from the more fancy and pricey Radisson Hotel. Park Hotel is smaller, less fancy but for the price it offers great service, really nice rooms and friendly staff. The pool which is 10 min walk from the hotel is a bonus. Can't say anything bad about this hotel. . Highly recommended!

twin room is not best experience for couples. Food is tasty, teritory is big and quiet. Overall, Hotel is very nice and youth, colorfull. Stuff is very polite and nice, loved them. Thanks for having us very good weekend. i dont want to leave 😅 Good luck ＜3

I’ve staid in this hotel multiple times and always meets my expectations. It’s clean, nice and convenient. Location is excellent as it’s pretty much in the Tsinandali Park. Breakfast is nice too, and access to the pool is great advantage. Nina always goes above and beyond and all the staff is very helpful.

Совершенно непонятно кто присвоил 3 звёзды. Единственный плюс - это местоположение. Останавливались на 2 ночи, убираться никто и не думал, воды нет, ужасно неудобные кровати, плохие подушки. Двуспальная кровать - это 2 сдвинутые кровати посередине проложен поролон. В ванной вековая грязь
