普隆博班迪休閑度假村(PU Luong Bocbandi Retreat)

Khu nghỉ dưỡng có vị trí thuận lợi bãi đỗ xe rộng, phòng nghỉ cũng như ăn uống nhà hàng khá tốt. Mình ở phòng view ruộng bậc thang rất thoáng mát, khu resort hơi rộng nhưng sạch sẽ, các đồ dùng trong phòng tắm rất thích, có thương hiệu. Nhân viên thân thiện,lễ phép, ăn sáng phong phú, ngon miệng. Rất thích không khí ở đây.

Tôi đã đi Pù Luông nhiều lần và trải nghiệm nhiều nơi. Nhưng tôi thấy đây là khu nghỉ dưỡng đẹp xuất sắc và quy mô nhất Pù Luông. - Phòng rộng, thoáng, nhiều ko gian mở. - Tất cả phòng đều có ban công và bàn trà. Điều này rất hữu ích. - Đồ ăn mang đậm phong các truyền thống bản địa nhưng rất ngon. - Ăn sáng khá nhiều món, cũng khá oke - Không gian rất rộng, đẹp. - Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, anh ta đã hỗ trợ mang hành lý cho chúng tôi từ khi bắt đầu lên đến nơi và lúc chúng tôi về Mọi người có thể trải nghiệm nơi này nếu đến Pù Luông.

Một resort đẹp, yên tĩnh, thích hợp để nghỉ ngơi. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Bể bơi đẹp mà tiếc 1 cái là lúc mình đi thời tiết quá lạnh ko thể bơi. Sẽ trở lại vào mùa hè. Bắt đầu từ tháng 4 lúa sẽ rất đẹp, mọi người có thể đến trải nghiệm. Những cánh đồng lúa xanh ngát. Sẽ rất tuyệt đấy.

Mình vừa trải qua kỳ nghỉ 3 ngày 2 đêm tại Puluong Bocbandi Retreat. Thực sự mình rất ấn tượng và cực kỳ happy vì đã gặp được những con người Thái thân thiện và Resort hoàn toàn hoàn hảo theo ý muốn của mình. Từ nhân viên tới Quản lý, tất cả đều quá chuyên nghiệp, phòng ốc cực kỳ sạch sẽ và làm mình cùng bạn bè rất hài lòng. Nhất là các bạn nhân viên buồng phòng và nhà hàng cũng như lễ tân tất cả đều rất dễ thương và chuyên nghiệp. Nếu có quay lại, nhất định mình sẽ chọn Bocbandi Retreat làm nơi nghĩ dưỡng vì đây là Resort quy mô lớn nhất và đẹp nhất ở Pù Luông và có với đội ngũ cbnv rất ok. Thân chào!

Un hôtel constitué de plusieurs maisons-chambres sur pilotis à flanc de colline offrant une belle vue. Il faut crapahuter dur pour atteindre les chambres, ce qui n’est pas facile. À signaler que la douche a très peu de pression d’eau, ce qui la rend difficilement utilisable. Que ce soit pour le dîner ou le petit déjeuner, ce n’est absolument pas génial, très peu de choix. Il faut commander ce que l’on souhaite pour le petit déjeuner la veille au soir. En cette période d’hiver, je pense être le seul client. Ceci explique cela. Ambiance Shining…

Un soggiorno breve.ma davvero splendido. Camere nuove, spaziose , luminosissime e con vista meravigliosa . Personale davvero gentile e disponibile, cibo molto buono. Siamo stati poco fortunato con il tempo ma c’è una piscina molto carina dove potersi rilassare con una vista davvero unica. Super consigliato 😊👍

The accommodation is amazing! The views from our Balcony Unit were beautiful.This is a new resort built during around 2020-21.The horizon pool has views to the large terraced paddy field next door and mountains beyond.The staff were friendly and efficient.The cocktails and drinks were excellent and well priced.The large restaurant served authentic local Vietnamese cuisine,prepared in house.

We were so looking forward to our 3 night stay here but sadly it was disappointing. The pool looks wonderful but there was algae all over the bottom of it and it was particularly bad at one end. The staff were friendly but spoke very little English so difficult to communicate. The restaurant was hit and miss and most times it was miss. Breakfast omelettes were well done but coffee was a disaster. It was far too strong, often cold and milk was hidden away and only a jug equivalent to half a cup was provided at any one time. Guests had to wait until the milk was retrieved from its hidden location for the jug to be filled again. There was no hot water available so we couldn’t dilute the strong coffee. We ordered pizza for lunch one day and it took one hour to arrive. One meal we enjoyed was grilled chicken with honey which came with rice and a salad. We decided to order it again and a completely different meal was provided. This time it came with a thick sauce, chips and salad. Room service was adequate but the mini bar wasn’t replaced. I had filled out the form but it wasn’t taken so when I paid the bill I had to add it to the account. On checking out I was told I had to pay for the minibar but I pointed out I had already paid it. We were venturing out on a walk one day when it had been raining and the steps and ramps were extremely slippery and dangerous. My husband slipped and grazed his arm but it could have been a lot worse. We were wearing hiking shoes suitable for walking in these conditions so it wasn’t as if we were wearing unsuitable footwear. The concept of the resort is wonderful but unfortunately the execution leaves a lot to be desired.

My room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Be prepared to have a very quick shower as the water turns cold. Beware of the slippery surface when entering and leaving the premises. As you enter from the road and are facing the property enter via the right side. There are steps. Was a nice stay.
