沙壩鑽石酒店的評價

位於市中心附近，步行 500 公尺即可到達沙巴車站中心。從我的房間可以欣賞到令人驚嘆的山脈和山谷景色，並在頂樓享用早餐並欣賞壯麗的景色。舒適、乾淨的客房確保您有完美的住宿體驗。

山景豪華房，一層樓只有一間。它位於電梯口旁的第一間。面對山景的景色不優。附近在做工程很吵，不值得加價。

Nice mountain view from room. Housekeeping a bit slow as they clean the room close to 6pm.

Extremely nice view from my room but sadly that was the only pass. The entire room is dusty and filthy. The mini fridge has rubbish from the previous customer. The shower head is mouldy and toilet floor was slimy. It is really not a good place to stay. Please pay more for a better experience at other hotels

The location is perfect,it’s not totally in the center but walkable to the famous tourist spots like Fansipan and Moana. The room is big enough and the breakfast is so good. We haven’t seen any view from our room and the dining as it was foggy during our stay. The only downside is the receptionist during our check in. We arrive an hour early than the check in time and the receptionist told us to wait and so we did. However when it’s 2 p.m already, a lot of people arrive for check in and she forgot about us to we have to queue behind, good thing some visitors acknowledge that we arrived before them and told the receptionist that we have to check in first among the others. Other than that, everything was fine.

Thái độ nhân viên rất nhởn nhơ - m ở đây 2 đêm nhà vệ sinh thì hôi mùi cống , khi có sự cố liên hệ ks thì lễ tân không nghe máy , chủ thì tiếp nhận thông tin và tắt máy . Cả đoàn đi bộ từ tầng 2-3 lên lễ tân tầng 8 và ăn sáng tầng 12. Trải nghiệm cực kỳ tồi tệ
