Bien accueillis, personnel serviable. Jolie chambre vue latérale mer,balcon,climatisation, propre. Nourriture correcte,peu variée . Assez grande piscine (transat "réservé" par serviette..) heureusement plage juste à côté, cailloux plat(prévoir chaussons sinon 8 euros à côté de l' hôtel). Excursions en sortant de l hôtel côté plage( Mr Jean parle le français) ex 30 euros le skywalk. Markarska 6km à pied par chemin. Tucepi très familiale comme l 'hôtel ( enfants bas âge). Ps: excursions et location voiture à l hôtel non testées. Aéroport environ 2h.

Hôtel pas mal mais ne vaut pas le tarif payé le rapport qualité prix n'est pas justifié. Le personnel est peu aimable pour ne pas dire pas aimable sauf la réception qui eux sont agréables. Pas de frigo dans les chambres difficile de stocker de la nourriture par cette chaleur, pas d'animation forcément tous les soirs, pas d'équipements intérieur les jours de pluies

Déçu par cet hotel ou tout était moyen.Déjà les chambres en dehors de l'hotel avec des escaliers à monter avec les valises.Le service avec des gens ne parlant que le croate.Repas et petit déjeuner très réduits et de qualité moyenne.Salle de douche très petite.

Bon accueil. Hôtel propre, belle vue entre la montagne et la mer. Chambre située dans une des annexes correcte et calme, salle de bain petite avec cabine de douche également petite. Nourriture classique d un all inclusive, correcte de même que les boissons. Enfin, pas de français dans l'hôtel durant notre séjour. Petites boutiques, restaurants et bars proches. Inconvénients : pas assez de transats à la piscine, serviettes installées avant même 8 h du matin... qui restent vides des heures entières. Parking complet en permanence car peu de places.

The hotel staff, cleanliness, pool, views and food were fantastic. All of the staff we came in to contact with were so hospitable. Our favourite was Silvo on the main bar. Housekeeping Team were very thorough and discreet. The views in front or the hotel and behind were out of this world. The lady who looks after the gym let us borrow yoga matts to do our own yoga each morning either overlooking the pool or out on the beach- lovely! I really can't fault this hotel at all and would highly recommend it. It was our first trip to Croatia and we will definitely return in the future. The hotel management should be really proud of the team working during our holiday.

On the plus side the rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff are lovely. The rest is pretty dire. The staff look as if they want to be somewhere else and don’t even try to engage in conversation let alone smile , ( except the cleaning staff ). The food is pretty dire , brought in and reheated and often overcooked. The all inclusive is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Set meal times so you can’t get snacks for the kids all day and they only include wine which is undrinkable it’s so bad , one type beer , vodka , gin and whiskey. I’m a wine and rum lover so I’m left having to go elsewhere to drink. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom is micro sized.

The picutres of the hotel are valid. It's located on the beach side. The pool (inside the hotel territory) is clean. Room is clean, huge, well furnished. Room service is ok. Restaurant clean. There are enough food. We visited it at different time and we always found enough, warm food. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Parking is well organized but the parking lot is a little bit small. Indoor facilities: gym is available. Not so big but ok. Indoor pool is missing. Sauna is also available but in case of bad weather the pool would be very useful.

Was a wonderful holiday. The hotel staff were very helpful. When we asked for new bedding it was done within minutes. The hotel cleaner regularly smiled and said good morning. The beach is directy opposite the hotel and was wonderfully quiet this time of year. Had no issues getting a sun lounger any time of day. Hotel food was amazing! Beef meatballs, turkey and chicken breast, full salad options. Excellent fish options, even cuttlefish and shark. Local dishes also served with different options during main meal times. Dinner isn’t served until 19:00 though this could do with being abit earlier. Was a fab experience

Where do I start. The best holiday ever. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good range especially for the price as was the drinks. Loads of room by the pool, amazing location, great rooms and views and the cleaners were amazing (they even cleaned my hair brush!). The hotel was above and beyond what expected. We were concerned with the bad reviews but don’t listen to them. Would recommend doing day trips and just ask at the front desk as they organise all. Hotel was massive loads of places to drink and the cats were friendly. Will be returning
