Check in I wasn’t greeted and explained how to use the parking garage, remind you I never been here. When I went to the parking garage when I scanned my card the gate open and closed while I started to Drive up, I didn’t know what to do after Scanning my card multiple times and it wouldn’t work. I used the call button and once a man got on there I told him what happened he just ended it and didn’t help me or tell me what to do. After 10 minutes I drove off and came back and tried it again and it let me in. That was so rude of him inside too they were all just huddle around each other gossiping that night I checked in. When I park I had figured out what floor I was on. Better communication with checking in would be nice. That whole vibe threw my stay off, went to my room The baseboards were dirty and pillow cases all stained. Not the cleanest, as I expected it to be from It’s name. Spoons in the jore had old food on them .

This was a great hotel - new, clean, spacious room, good breakfast, overall nice atmosphere. Nice pool and outdoor patio area too. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The stay was excellent. I was pleased with everything, however the one complaint I have is that the carpet needs to be shampooed, NOT just vacuumed!! Bring a pair of Flip Flops, CARPET is FILTHY!! )＜:

We had just an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. It was a large room with more features than we needed for such a short stay. Lots of space, very good condition.

Breakfast at the hotel was nice, good tasting but wasn't even luke warm.. Thought maybe it was just a bad day on day one, but was the same on day two.

Great stay. Fantastic staff. Accommodated an early check in. Good breakfast. Secure parking. Restaurants in walking distance.
