圖森Tillys附近酒店

The hotel is located perfectly for us and all we want and need to do in Tucson. We arrived in our rental car, which was nice and parked to have it ready for the morning and all the things we needed to do during our visit. Alas, the key fob battery was dead....so we replaced it. After all that, the fob didn't open the door! Had to use the key in the fob to open the rental car. Success! Hopes were dashed because the battery in this, pretty much new, rental car, was DEAD! We needed to get somewhere and the only thing I was offered by the rental company was to wait for a tow truck to take it away and hopefully get a ride to the airport to pick another car (no promise they would have one and it would take about 4-6 hours). Long story short, Greg, one of the awesome valets at the hotel, offered to use his jumper cables and his car to get this rental started! He went out of his way to help us and also let me keep the jumper cables in case it didn't start where we had to be. He went way and above his duties to help and he was so nice and kind about it. It's nice to have that kind of customer service and all the other valets were exceptionally helpful and nice. Thank you Greg!

房間比較大，衛生間也比較大。乾淨整潔，入住感覺還不錯。坐落在在亞利桑那大學校區裏。早上6點多就開始有工地開工的聲音傳來，稍微有點噪音影響。。離圖森機場20分鐘車程，不塞車，很通暢方便。酒店後面有熱鬧的餐飲街和超市。

我們住在Doubletree酒店,我們的女兒在A區下車。酒店有點過時,但很好。當我們辦理入住手續時,酒店給了我們一個房間。庭院機翼是一棟兩層樓的建築,與主旅館是大約10層樓的。我們在二樓,一進房間就聞到黴味,我妻子說聞起來像香菸。我們還注意到空調運轉不靈,於是打電話到前台去換一間房間。他們說沒有其他房間可用,而且是季風季節,空調很難跟上。在房間裏過了熱天后,我們那天離開,把我們的女兒搬到了 A 的 U 。當我們回來時,房間仍然很暖和,我打電話給前台,再次問我們能不能再換一個房間。答案是否定的,然後我要求和經理說話。經理亞歷克斯給我回電話,爲糟糕的空調道歉,並同意因爲這個問題給我們的房間打折。他還派了一個維修人員來查看空調,給我們帶了一個風扇。維修人員說,經過調整,空調吹涼了7度。我不確定情況是否如此,但也許情況更好了一點,不確定。不管怎樣,我們最後一天早走,吃了我們住宿的最後一晚。跟馬槽亞歷克斯說,問題似乎只限於庭院區,主樓很好。我只是說買家要小心,如果你考慮在炎熱的夏季住在這裏。

工作人員都很棒。喜歡能夠在這裡度過一個週末。游泳池和水療中心都很棒。早餐供應良好。嘗試過晚餐菜單上的 BLT 捲餅很美味。

Very friendly, personable staff in lobby and breakfast restaurant; attentive and pleasant, which brightened a difficult weekend for me, visiting an ailing parent. Super nice and clean remodeled room; good sized bathroom and nice, big pool I used twice; really great central location too. Would definitely stay here again!

I attended a conference at the resort, which is stunning, along with its restaurant and fitness center. One thing that truly impressed me was the assistance we received while preparing for our exhibit. Our packages were mistakenly delivered by UPS to a nearby condo instead of the resort. The head of shopping and security, a young man named Al or Alex, was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to locate our ten packages, retrieved them from the condo, and delivered them to our booth. It was these small gestures that made a big difference, allowing me to overlook my room issues and appreciate Al’s dedication to ensuring we had a great experience with our attendees.
