這是一家令人驚歎的酒店。房間很舒服。工作人員友好而不錯。早餐是我吃過最好的西方和其他競爭對手。他們有:炒雞蛋,肉,土豆,華夫餅,玉米餅,雞蛋/肉麥鬆餅,如果你在旅途中。他們有新鮮的水果杯。(藍莓和甜瓜)橙子,葡萄和香蕉。他們有穀類食品和您選擇的牛奶或豆漿單獨包裝。當然他們有酸奶。太棒了!!

It's difficult to provide in depth feedback for a hotel where one has spent less than 7 hours when simply passing through on a road trip, as was the case on our visit here this past October. We arrived very early in the morning after a 10 hour drive and were away again before 8am. We called the hotel to let them know how late we would arrive and the staff were friendly then and when we interacted with them on arrival. We were able to find the property easily, it is very convenient for the interstate, and were able to check in quickly and there was plenty of parking. All of these things are a must when on a one night roadtrip stay and the hotel did them well. The room we had was very comfortable and we all slept well for the short night we were here. There was breakfast laid on from early and there was a pretty good selection although it was disappointing that the pancake machine was inoperative that morning as I was intrigued to give that a try. There was a good choice of oatmeal, baked goods, breads and more hearty fare as well, so everyone should find something them like. We ate quickly and were on our way although the dining area is a pleasant place to eat breakfast. Overall the hotel was clean and efficient and the staff helpful which for me, on this stop, was all I wanted as I imagine is the case for most guests here. It must be hard to run a hotel which is basically for one night stays as the short time most people are under your roof means that everything must be good because we just want to sleep, eat in the morning and be on our way without delays or fuss and the Holiday Inn did this very well for our stay. I can't imagine I will pass through Tucumcari very often but if and when I do I will certainly be happy to reside here again.

這是我橫穿美國旅途中的一站，晚上入住前在酒店所在有圖克姆卡裏市吃了必勝客，城市不大，離酒店不遠，份量比國內足，價錢和國內差不多。酒店門口有加油站，能看到40號州際公路，也就是我橫穿美國主要走的這條高速。酒店設備中規中矩，美國的這類中檔連鎖酒店感覺差別不大，從大堂到房間，再到早餐，相似程度很高。

We were extremely disappointed in the condition of the room. We were traveling cross country and need a room for an overnight stopover. We reserved a room at this Super 8 because it was a modest priced basic room affiliated with Wyndham. The bathroom was dirty: 1. A hand towel had makeup or blood stains on it and the others not much better - When I requested fresh towels, I was told they didn't have any because all the rooms were occupied. They didn't have anyone to clean the room that night or any supplies we could use to do it ourselves. 2. The tub/shower had mold where the wall met the tub and the tub looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time. - We didn't shower that night. 3. The floor was filthy The bedspread had several holes burned in it It appeared they were doing some wall repairs in the bathroom because there were a couple of holes badly patched and not painted. Overall the hotel appears poorly maintained as we saw a couple of windows that had white haze in the glass indicating moisture between the panes. The carpets need more frequent shampooing. We weren't looking for a fancy, high end hotel, just a basic clean room to spend the night. We didn't get that. We would have moved, except we were exhausted. After making a few calls, we couldn't find a room at the nearby hotels.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at! We rented both banquet rooms for an event and had multiple people rent rooms. All of us had bad experiences but I will tell you about ours. The bathroom was dirty, toilet hadn't been cleaned, no towels except one hand towel. The fridge had food in it from who knows how long,. The drawer had underwear in it from a previous guest. There wasn't any Kleenex, box was empty. No coffee cups for coffee machine. We didn't even shower because it didn't look like it had been cleaned. If you have a head maid they mustn't be doing their job. Now let's talk about your on site manager and how very unprofessional she is. She came into our event yelling because the DJ had parked by the door to unload/load his equipment Proceeded to tell my wife that she lost her deposit because of it. Let's mention what she was wearing, tank top and sweat pants, like she literally rolled out of bed. No way to address any kind of situation. What an embarrassment. So we did clean the rooms with exception of vacuuming and mopping because why would we clean if we aren't getting our deposit back but wife insisted picking up. With all the people who stayed in the same section we were put , room #108, they should get a refund because I highly doubt it was cleaned. Positive note, the ladies working the front desk, Pearl and Antoinette, were very friendly.
