房間臨海 空間很大 廚房設施齊全 前台熱情 樓下有游泳池 不過洗漱用品有限 沒有牙刷牙膏 風景真的很好

Location is great. Very secure and nice family friendly rooms. The tv was a little small for the size of the area. Would stay again.

Not a very clean room. The fan and the oven racks were filthy. The two balconies have never been swept or mopped. There was a cupboard full of left over belongings from other guests. The location was perfect for my stay at John Flynn Hospital but the stairs were a huge negative.

Booked in for a 2 night stay. Michele on reception was so friendly and welcoming. The one bedroom apartment was very clean and bright. The decor was beachy. The balcony had an ocean view. The unit was well equipped. The gardens and pool area was beautiful. Location is ideal. Value for money... yes. Includes secure carpark and very safe fob only entry.

What a find. This resort is excellent. Clean,big and well maintained. The gardens are immaculate and calming after a busy day out. Right on the beach and very close to convenient shops and restaurants

This was my 3rd stay at the resort but it will be my last. I called direct to book because I knew I needed a ground floor unit. I was told one was available & the accessibility was described to me so I went ahead and I checked in late on Sunday when the office was closed but there was a safe & instructions for getting the key. I was very surprised to find my room was on the first floor, up a steep set of stairs. I managed to get up there but next morning went to the office to ask why I didn’t get the room I thought I had booked. I found the woman I spoke to was not at all interested. Said they were full & I just had to take what I was given as they didn’t guarantee any specific rooms. So why did they accept my booking for a ground floor room & not tell me I mightn’t get it? There was no mention of it in the booking terms & conditions. No apology was given. I didn’t like her attitude of it not being her problem & I just had to wear it. I said I was not impressed, so she said “I’m too old for this s..t.” That is an appalling way to speak to a guest & reflects very badly on the resort. My previous 2 stays there were very different, under previous management. Sadly, I will not be back.

Great location. Difficult accessibility to get to ground floor room (2 x sets of stairs). Good room layout. Only lounge/ kitchen has air con, not bedrooms. Split-system unit filter was filthy and the unit mouldy. I had checked in after hours, so some to recurrent about this and the mouldy vertical blinds in both bedrooms the next morning. Air Con was cleaned on return to my room. The ensuite shower and drain in main bedroom was filthy. The floors in bathroom, ensuite and kitchen eye sticky. The fridge door shelving was broken. Dirty jug, dirty kitchen saucepans etc. Drawers in kitchen and bathrooms need a clean. Lots of dirty marks on walls. Reception were friendly and asked storage of luggage for those who needed that on checkout. The hot water was great, the bed was comfortable with good linen. No room service, you need to carry you rubbish down to basement on checkout. Only daytime hours for reception. Great location with good security, needing to use fob to access hallways, capital and gate to pool and garden area from street. That's what you're paying for, not for a clean room. Room 13 - avoid it!

Right on the beach and close to the highway for easy access; close to the airport. 2 bedroom unit was spacious enough for 4 but facility would not suit anyone with mobility issues - it's a rabbit warren of narrow winding paths, multiple levels for both walkways and rooms and lots of stairs (we didn't see an elevator). Resort has a pool (which we didn't use). Convenient as it had after-hours secure check in. Very affordable. Good for an overnight stay en route to the airport.

We stayed in a spacious waterfront 2 bedroom apartment, fabulous location, right on the beach. The views were stunning from Surfers Paradise to Rainbow Bay. Sharon and Paul were great hosts and a very special thank you to Hannah in reception.

Great host, tidy and friendly, directly on the beach and near shops. Clean big heated pool and spacious units to use. They are clean and tidily appointed with plenty of space and a full kitchen. The gardens are well maintained and its directly on a gorgeous beach.
