Wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist hell und ansprechend, die Zimmer ganz neu. Man wird direkt freundlich begrüsst, es ist alles sehr unkompliziert. Unsere Velos konnten wir einfach in der Garage abstellen. Die Kommunikation auch im Vorab war exzellent - wir wurden schon darüber informiert, dass ein Musikfestival stattfindet an diesem Wochenende (das hat uns aber nicht gestört), und alle Fragen wurden freundlich beantwortet. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, insbesondere auch für Velofahrer. Der Kaffee wirklich sehr gut, habe mir zweimal nachschenken lassen! Vielen herzlichen Dank, wir kommen wieder! Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

We arrived in Sedrun after a long walk from Andermatt. Kruezli was a welcome haven. Located in the centre of the village, opposite the tourist information office and 5 minutes from the station. This is a family run hotel. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. As soon as we arrived they gave us a table and a drink. We hadnt realised that there was a restaurant at the hotel so we booked dinner which could be added to the room charge as half board. The hotel is popular with local people who drink and eat there. The four course set menu was excellent and very hearty mountain food.Good value and impeccable service. Indeed, the breakfast was very nice too and well organised. The decor has been revamped recently so the interior is very light and airy with a few querky touches. Similarly the rooms feel new and clean with smell of freshly cut wood. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom new and very nice. All in all a lovely small village hotel. Thank you to all the helpful and attentive staff for a great stay.
