El elevador fuera de servicio y la actitud de la recepcionista

The housekeeping was terrible. Dirt particles in all dresser drawers. Someone's sock still in closet. Plumbing was bad. They just gave the customers a plunger to unclog. They should send a custodian to be responsible for the job. Room door would not latch without slamming it multiple times and i mean slamming it. All these things were addressed to the front, but nothing was done.

Hot tub unavailable. Pool unavailable. Smelly rooms. Maintenance rooms wide open and completely filthy. I like dumpy weird hotels. This one is bad. The guy behind the counter was very nice! Not his fault.

The location in a cul de sac (court) made street traffic extremely light upon entry to this nice facility.

We had an amazing week here, great clean and spacious rooms, best breakfast ever, even strawberries and whipped cream for waffles.

This hotel is definitely tired and in need of a refresh (outside of the rooms in particular). Lots of noise - both the in-room air conditioner and something mechanical outside the room. Not super clean - a thick layer of dust on top of the vanity light. Breakfast was below average.

I guess you pay what you get. I got 2 suites at great prices & I thought since Wyndham is backing up La Quinta, it would be a great place to stay. Oh my, I was so wrong. I gave 3 stars overall bc location is great w/ lots of fast foods & restaurants within walking distances. The outside hotel & lobby look bery nice & clean, the king bed is clean & comfortable & the bathroom's clean. BUT everything else is so dirty: the hallways wall & carpet R dirty. The sofa in the room is dirty & the worst thing is the dresser. It has 4 drawers & there's hair & dirts inside!!!! Ewwww. (I took photos). Tho 1 good note: I was surprised the free brkfst had sausage patties, scrambled eggs & english muffins w/ sausage gravy.

just stayed for a night arrived late had accommodations ready for 3 adults. price was very good. breakfast was very good.

Central location to many necessary services i.e. dining, gas stations, shopping. Also, (and very important) was the super easy on/off access to main highway. We got in and out fast.

When we arrived on the evening of the 14th of December the bed sheets were soiled (scabs in the sheets) as they had not been changed. The night manager gave us sheets and pillow cases to change the bed. The next night there was no maid service. The manager did upgrade our room for that night but it we had to pack everything. There was never a manager available who could give us the compensation that was referenced the first night we were there. We called several times and even stopped by again when we were in the area but never were able to speak with a real manager. I told them I was holding back our review pending the promised compensation. Given the fact of zero follow up and no access to a real manager I will not stay there again. I will also think twice about booking anything related to Wyndham. Note, the staff on site did what they were authorized to do, but they were not able to get a response from or contact with a manager.

Couldn't use the hot tub because we arrived late, planned on using in the morning but it opens late at 10am. Other than that it was all fine
