Set near a number of tasty restaurants and fun activities, this large, bright, two bedroom apartment is full of amenities, including access to off-street parking, a swimming pool (for summer!) and a fully-stocked kitchen. Two nice-sized en-suite bedrooms boast plenty of closet space. This home-away-from-home is a great value, tucked inside a quiet gated residential community in the Southern Hills neighborhood. We have a hassle free code-based entry system for self-check-in at any hour. The apartment is ground-level and consists of two en-suite bedrooms. One bathroom has a full-size shower, while the other has a bathtub and shower combination. Each room has a closet, and natural light permeates the entire apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a coffee maker, pots and pans, and a full set of cutlery and plates. Feel free to visit any of the restaurants nearby, or stay in and cook! The neighborhood is nestled between Midtown and South Tulsa. Easy access to Highway 44 that takes you east and west to other parts of town. Downtown Tulsa is a 12-16 minute drive away, including the BOK Center, Brady Arts District, and the business center. Oral Roberts University is approximately 3 minutes away, as is the Sherwin Miller Museum of Jewish Art. A short 7 minute drive from Turkey Mountain, Tulsa s best hiking, and an even closer 4 minute drive (or 7 minute bike ride) to the exercise trails along the Arkansas River.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 20 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).Extra cleaning fee of $15 per pet.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.
