Electeonic pad on the door broken. Room smelled of disinfectant to the point of having to air it out. Tv did not work at all. Had to unplug the fridge and microwave to try to get the tv to work...no cable service. Had to leave before 6 am so no one to give information to as office didn't open till 8

The room I stayed in was very clean . I can’t complain for as the hotel is old . And also can’t complain for the price. There’s one I didn’t like is too many people are always walking on side streets. I don’t know if the homeless people and ***********

Rooms were surprisingly clean and modern.. The outiside is a lot of homeless people and ladies that mostly work at night... Staff is very friendly and accommodating

The staff was awesome, understanding, and accommodating. The room could’ve been a bit cleaner but all in all our stay was very good. I especially liked the gated security entrances on the property it gave me a sense of safety that I was happy to have with my kids being with me. 4.5 stars!.

Fair. The TV remote control is malfunction…

This motel was not what we expected- it is not in a good neighborhood and we arrived late at night to see multiple people hanging around the parking lot and suspiciously driving around. Dirty clothes piled up outside rooms. The room was tiny and the fridge and bathroom door wouldn't close properly. We didn't feel safe since we had kids with us and left.

Our flight got delayed causing us to miss layovers. Exhausted and happy to find place close to the airport. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Thank you to the night and morning staff for helping us.

We were stranded overnight at the Tulsa airport and called a number of nearby hotels and booked a room here just because they had one available. Since it was late, check-in was done from behind a plexiglass wall which alerted us that we might not be in the best neighborhood. Our room was clean, but the towels were stained. Even though we could hear noise from the nearby highway, the bed was comfortable, and we managed to get some sleep. There is a small variety of breakfast options available in the lobby from 6-9 am (oatmeal, waffles, cereal and small pastries along with coffee and juice but no tea). We asked about an airport shuttle, and they didn’t have one.

Do you even care about your hotel, property or patrons? This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had staying at a hotel. The hotel was dirty. The hotel parking was horrible. The hotel management acted like they could care less about anything. The hotel room - light switch next to door was not securely fastened to the wall. The hotel room - had no clock, lamp, coffee pot, ironing board, iron. The hotel bathroom - light switch was missing the pot for the heat lamp heater. The hotel bathroom - ceiling paint was falling down, all scraped up, just nasty. Overnight - other hotel guest caused all night ruckus - walls banged on, yelling, loud music. From 11pm until past 4 am. Hotel management did nothing to stop it. HORRIBLE STAY. WILL NOT GO BACK NOR WILL I (AND MY PARTY) RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
