Easy check-in! The moment I entered my room. It was clean and well managed by housekeeping staff. I let them know immediately that I was pleased with my room readiness and how professionally it was tended to.

Nobody at front desk for check in. I picked up the phone in lobby and called number for assistance and no answer. There was homeless walking around parking lot and camped up behind building at the pond. Overall -5/10.

Had stains and dirt/hairs in some corners. Shower head was busted so it shot a extra stream over the curtain. And bed sheets had stains on them..

Worst Woodsprings my husband has ever stayed. It was run down, smelled like smoke. First time a Woodsprings refused to reimburse him for the days he didn’t stay. He travels all over the country for work and Woodsprings is usually our choice of hotels. Will never stay in Tulsa again.
