Kenneth, the assistant manager is excellent. Very accomodating, knows his system, patient, calm, courteous and compassionate.
Pillows need to be washed, not just the case or they need replacing. They have an unpleasant odor. The rooms are clean and fairly quiet. Perfect for business use. I hate the dark lighting. No way to brighten the room without the sun. Breakfast never changes. For someone who has to stay a week or more, it would be nice to have a selection. Overall, nice place to stay.

We had an unauthorized room change that downgraded our room with no compensation, once to the room ust was handical, tub didn't work and bottom of handicap seat had okd urine and feces on it. We checked out

The hotel was located in a convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The lobby was an excellent place to hang out and my kids loved the pool. We loved the extra space in the room and the beds were comfortable. Overall the hotel was the cleanest I’ve been in lately.

The hotel was nice however we found a fake eyelash on our bed despite how clean the room looked. The beds and sofa sleepers are VERY uncomfortable. If you like super firm beds, this place is for you. The one ply toilet paper was definitely a disappointment. I don’t think I would stay again mostly due to how hard the beds are and the breakfast wasn’t that great either
