worst hotel ever , hotel only looking how they will take your money out from your pocket , service is zero , room is dirty , misbehaving staff , the room super noisy couldn’t sleep because of the loud club music , just run way and never book in this nasty place .

Staff was very attentive and friendly. The setting was extremely nice able to watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning. Great reasonably priced place to stay in Tulúm. Only issue would be lack of water pressure but it wasn’t a big deal to us. Lots of fun things to do within walking distance. Would stay here again.

This is a beautiful little gem hidden between another hotel and a pharmacy. Blink and it’s gone! Once inside you are treated to a comfortable, functional and highly creative living space. Artistic flourishes and pop culture adorn this hotel and it has a stunning view of the ocean. Great, friendly staff who put out a fresh pot of coffee in the morning. Aim for the spacious King bed suite for a dramatic sunrise! The only critique I have is for them to increase the shower water pressure if possible. This was such a great stay!

Loved everything about this place. Amazing decoration, steps to the ocean and the staff is great. Ivo was always helpful. The place is right in the entrance of Hotel Zone between shops, restaurants and boutiques. Will love to come back.

This was the best stay I Had in Tulum, I come to Tulum very often and this is a place where you get what you need. Beachfront, easy check in, clean, well decorated. I’ll come back soon! Thank you to all the crew.

Maravilloso lugar, acceso a la playa, excelente ubicación para moverse y disfrutar Tulum, la mejor vista de la alberca, un atardecer fabuloso, increíble lugar, regreso a finales de febrero. Lo amo 😍

Louis the gentleman running the property went above and beyond! So helpful and friendly! This place was amazing and the view was more than we could have imagined! Was quiet, relaxing, peaceful and surpassed anything we could have wanted… we couldn’t recommend this place more- we hope to one day return! Thank you for the experience!

It’s was a quiet place to relax. Restaurants were near by and in walking distance. The beach was quiet and calm. Property has a designated area to see the sunrise.

I was not able to move in on the reserved and confirmed date. The premises were lock and no attendant on duty.
