圖蘭酒店(Maison Tulum)

Hôtel décoré à la Gaudi avec un emplacement assez central dans une ville en plein essor . Le café associé à l’hôtel propose des petits déjeuners de qualité! Les chambres sont confortables mais la rue est assez bruyante les boules quies sont nécessaires ! Le rooftop permet de trouver un peu de calme!

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits chez Juan. L’hôtel est bien situé proche de axe principal, facile pour se rendre au centre ville. La literie est bonne la chambre est spacieuse. Petit bémol sur la douche qui a peu de jet et de pression…pour se laver les cheveux assez problématique. Et les voisins qui met la musique tard le soir ou très tôt le matin . Sinon Juan est un hôte agréable et de bons conseils. Et le roof top est bien agréable

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 2 jours. Chambres spacieuses et très propres, joli hôtel arboré et joliement décoré, personnel chaleureux, excellent petit déjeuner. Cet établissement est à l'image des propriétaires Satisfaire ses clients en offrant un bon rapport qualité prix Nous reviendrons merci encore !

Booked for a 7 day stay. Room was ok, but area surrounding the hotel was very noisy and not the best. Pictures and reviews I don’t think were a fair representation. We actually checked out the day after arrival and did not get a refund for the remaining stay. We didn’t care and went to another hotel and were much happier.

Super cute hotel. Artisan design. Feels like you have escaped into a magical kingdom. Two blocks off the main shopping street, so close, but not so close that it is loud. Restaurant in the hotel. Rooftop with hammocks. Hotel manager very helpful with advice and very responsive on WhatsApp. We stayed two nights.

I liked that they stored baggage for us. The property was very close to the ADO bus stop so it was convenient to get to/from the hotel. The manager was also very nice. The rooms are a little old but everything worked fine. The shower pressure is a bit weak. The property is off the main drag so it's a little quieter but there will still be some vehicle traffic. I liked the green and plants of the venue, and the cats too.

Excelente lugar y atención, muy amables y accesibles

Positives: - The location of Maison is great, a short walk to the main road and to the ADO bus station but out of the main 'noisy' area - We loved the decor and the authentic feel of the place, especially the rooftop areas - The room was spacious and clean - The cafe served nice food and the people serving were lovely - The staff in general were very nice and helpful and made us feel at home Negatives: - when we arrived at 8.30pm the main door was locked (it's always locked for security), but we had to wait for quite some time ringing the bell before anyone came to let us in. - the description when booking said that bikes were available to rent from the property which was not the case, however they did recommend where we should go for this - the property does feel a little old with a slight musty smell, low water pressure etc. this didn't bother us as we were only there for 1 day but may bother others - we were very unfortunate that on our second night there was a huge party/concert across the road which started at around 6pm and went on until 2am with extremely loud music. While this is of course not the fault of the property, it was not acknowledged at all by anyone when we didn't get any sleep and was impossible to ignore. That really let the score down as it was just such an awful night and we had a long day of travelling the next day.

Lovely colourful hotel with a sweet little restuarant, very near bus station. Guillermo is an excellent host, very helpful. Everything I ate in the restuarant was top-notch, and the servers are also very lovely. Close to lots of useful things like the bus station and shops.
