格蘭德塞倫奈斯里維埃拉瑪雅度假酒店及Spa(Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa All Inclusive)

The resort was very nice but do not recommend for solo travelers.

Es muy grande el complejo por lo que se camina mucho , los restaurantes están muy descuidados , sobre todo el restaurante llamado el rancho . l Las habitaciones están cómodas , huelen mucho a humedad y el clima no es muy bueno , en los restaurantes tampoco son buenos los climas . En las habitaciones tienen muchos mosquitos , toda mi estancia en el complejo estable hablando a mantenimiento para que fumigara mi habitación . El servicio y la atención por parte de los meseros no es muy buena , aunque tengo excepciones por algunos meseros que me trataron bien , fueron alrededor de 3 meseros que me hicieron sentir como en casa . La playa de este complejo es hermosa , inigualable .

personal pesado en general, concierge pesado e imposible poder coordinar para hacer reservas y que nos apoyaran. el transporte de carritos NO es tan seguido como indican (recien operada de rodilla a veces necesitaba transporte y decían que pasaba cada 15 mins y no es asi) para TODO esperan o piden propina . en restaurante el JEFE de mesero/ Capitan pidiendo propina me parece poco profesional.

Fuimos mi esposa y yo por primera vez al Grand Sirenis llevábamos muchas expectativas y la verdad no nos decepcionó, hermosa playa, comida muy rica, excelente atención, muy bien el staff de entretenimiento, muy buenas amenidades en la habitación, en fin sin duda esperamos poder regresar una vez más.

We love the room space and cleanness, the well kept gardens, beach, pools and property, huge variety of food and we love the coffee shop. Staff very helpful and kind. Beautiful beach. We love the beach snacks bar with variety of food and drinks.Definitely We’ll be back next year. The icing on the cake was the monkeys, coatís, raccoons and agutis. Love it

The only great thing was front desk work Tatiana. The staff was super rude. When trying to book dinner reservation the concierge Leo was concierge was Super Rude basically told us he wasn't going to do it and we needed to go back to the front desk after we were told to make them with him. Then when leaving we asked the concierge near our rooms which was in NUEB she told us that we could walk to the lobby with our heavy bags. Mind you it was 10 mins away. So a big property and has lots of stairs. That's not the end of it. We had a private car service to pick us up and drop off at the airport and the bellboys didn't call the room or let us know. So I had to pay for another car which was $210 to get back. So in all, I paid $540 USD in just cab fair so you get it

This is a very large property, lots of walking, once you figure out the short cuts it’s not so bad. Lots of animals since it’s right in the jungle. They offer lots of activity’s and things to do. Shows every night. The buffet has a rotation so it doesn’t get boring. The booked restaurants are ok nothing crazy. Staff was very friendly and attentive, my husband hurt himself and needed medical attention and they checked in on us multiple times to make sure he was ok. The first few days it was pretty windy and the ocean was pretty stirred up and had little visibility for snorkelling, but I guess when it’s calm there is some spots you can go and see fish. The secret lagoon is beautiful and has some nice snorkelling. I’d suggest taking the bike tour, they offer twice a day. Our room was roomy, I would say the two queens are more like two double beds. It was nice and clean, but mosquitoes do get into the room I think when they clean. I liked that the mini bar in the room they provided a 5L jug of water. One thing I was not a fan of was people smoking in common areas and in the pool. Make sure you bring your own Sun screen ect, everything is marked up like crazy all over the place.

I had a fantastic time at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa. The atmosphere was delightful, the staff was exceptional, and the resort provided a relaxing retreat. While the Wi-Fi could be improved, the addition of a biking program would enhance the guest experience. If you're looking for a memorable getaway, I highly recommend this all-inclusive resort. 🌴🏖️😄
