Hotel w bardzo dużej odległości od plaży, niczym specjalnym niewyróżniający się - ani architekturą, ani udogodnieniami. Za to czysty i wygodny, z niezłym śniadaniem i przyjemną obsługą. W pobliżu znajduje się świetna restauracja Tres Galeones - i to jest jego bezdyskusyjna zaleta.

Nous avons séjourné cinq jours dans ce magnifique hôtel, à taille humaine, très calme, la piscine et le jardin sont exceptionnels, le logement est très confortable, très récent et le personnel toujours à l’écoute et sympathique, le petit-déj’ était vraiment complet, rien à dire. Merci !

🫶🏽una pequeña joya bien atesorada en tulum. Se siente como un hospedaje que te permite conocer las zonas trendy de los locales y estar a una distancia muy razonable de la playa. Es muy lindo, cuidado y me encanta lo iluminado de las habitaciones. Se sintió como un lindo hogar y una gran relación calidad precio. Lo único que me dejo un poco incomoda fue la actitud de Ruben de recepción, sentí que era un poco invasivo.

Buen lugar para alojarse. Nos quedamos en un apartamento (hay otras opciones en el hospedaje). El lugar súper adecuado, cómo y funcional. Los servicios de piscina, gym es buen estado y agradables. Nos atendieron Ruben y Sofia, super serviciales, amables, nos recomendaron lugares y dieron la información de interés que necesitábamos. Recomendamos el lugar. La zona es perfecta, barrio La Veleta. A metros de lugares para comer, salir en la noche, etc. Había ruidos de obra en la mañana, pero la realidad es que hoy día Tulum en esa zona hay una obra cada 50 mts es imposible evitar el mismo.

Estuvimos un par de días disfrutando de la tranquilidad y el exelente servicio del hotel . Disfrutamos cada momento en la habitación y en la alberca fue un descanso y una relajación Zen. En la Recepción tuvimos un trato maravilloso por parte de Mayra y Max. Pero a destacar la atención de Nathalie que en todo momento estuvo al detalle con nosotros y sin duda regresaremos.

Mooi hotel met prachtige appartementen. Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en erg ruim. Twee airco's, eentje in de woonkamer en ander op de slaapkamer. Vriendelijk personeel, uitgebreid ontbijt. Geen last of zorgen over diefstal gehad, wat je mogelijk wel in eerdere recensies leest. Groot zwembad waar je uitgebreid gebruik van kan maken. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanbevelen. Er zitten ook een paar goede restaurants in de buurt.

Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour passé dans cet hôtel. L’appartement est très beau, très bien équipé et très confortable. La personne qui nous as accueilli est également très gentille et tout le personnel également. L’extérieur est très bien et le petit déjeuner l’est également.

Tutto molto bene...questo hotel si trova nel centro di Tulum...ha una splendida piscina...stanze grandi e ben arredate...tutti i servizi ok ...pulizia top... colazione a buffet ottima...il personale è molto gentile e accogliente...

The Panacea hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool area was also sunny and warm. The staff (especially Sofia) were courteous, pleasant and insightful about the local area and provided excellent service as well as restaurant recommendations in Tulum. The Panacea was quiet and peaceful and my room was perfect. I will definitely be staying there in the near future and I have already begun recommending the Panacea to other flight attendants, friends and family.

Excellent second stay!!! I love this place. Perfect location for downtown Tulum and the staff are excellent. The rooms are AMAZING for the price! I enjoyed my private pool and the lush gardens are so cozy. Definitely be back again soon! Such a gem!

The hotel is nicely decorated, however the owners are the cheapest I’ve seen. If you use the bed you pay extra. Used a cup and didn’t wash it guess what they will charge you exorbitant amount. Save your money and sanity and go to another place. I regret going to this place!

I had a large, comfortable apartment at a good price, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. The pools are also very nice, and the complimentary breakfast is well worth getting up for.

Very helpful staff. Very well appointed rooms, everything one needs. The only downfall was the Breakfast. Having to pay for a cappucino. Filter coffee and Hot Water jug did not keep hot enough. Seldom fruit you could eat. Mainly because under ripe and until last day, no yoghurt which wasn't full of sugar. Very poor bread, 'packet' sliced brown and white. Really fine if you like eggs and advocado every day. Difficult if you like fresh fruit, lots of it and a healthy diet. Also better to charge more and supply fresh water in the rooms every day.

Hello, The accommodation conditions were very good, the staff kind and friendly, they even gave us some advice on what to visit in the area. The breakfast can be improved, but overall I have nothing to complain about.
