Excelente nivel en full xperience, de 100. Conviene mucho el all inclusive (full xperience). Instalaciones súper limpias. Buena comida y la atención del personal se puede mejorar, felicitaciones a "El Primo" por su excelente atención y servicio sobresaliente respescto a los demás!!

Me encantó el hotel y el servicio, me la pasé muy a gusto, muy relajada y sobre todo super bien atendida. La comida muy rica, el lugar tranquilo y muy agradable. En especial la atención de Jesús, Aranza, Ileana, Javier y Arvin. Lo recomiendo mucho para ir a hospedarse o para pasar un día en la playa. Espero volver pronto!

Wir waren im ArenaBlue Mexican Restaurant! Das Essen, die Location und der Service waren überragend…! Wir wurden gut beraten und einzelne Wünsche berücksichtigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder…! Das Hotelzimmer haben wir nicht besichtigt.

Hermoso lugar, excelente servicio en especial de Aranza y Arvin súper serviciales, amigables, una experiencia muy agradable. Las bebidas y la comida muy buena, los precios razonables. Vamos a volver seguro!!

Estuvimos hospedados un fin de semana lo cual al momento de llegar todo fue muy bueno pero desafortunadamente la limpieza dejo mucho que desear y no nos cambiaron de toallas también el desayuno esperaba algo mejor. Es un hotel con potencial.y espero que mejore.

Tenía más expectativas y no hubo nada que me hiciera sentir una experiencia excepcional. Lo recomiendo como una opción para pasar días tranquilos en Tulum, si vienes por pocos días, de trabajo o pasada está muy bien, el trato de la gente siempre es el más alto valor.

Un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante, la comida excelente, las bebidas deliciosas y el servicio espectacular. Gracias a Ileana y Aranza por sus atenciones desde que llegamos, a Arvin y Primo por el excelente servicio en la playa y a Jesús y Javier en el check out. Sin duda una vibra inigualable, no habíamos recibido un servicio tan cálido en los días de viaje que llevábamos por la Riviera, esperamos volver pronto.

Jamás en la vida vuelvo a quedarme aquí. El lugar está espantoso y el servicio pésimo. Me he llevado una mala experiencia. ¡gracias por arruinarme mis vacaciones! Deberían de limpiar y tener más cosa en mejores condiciones

Un sebisio de primera a un presio axesible todo limpio y agradable y bien tranquilo y relajante Primitivo y lsai son muy amables. Bomo a regresar en nuestra proxima vacasiones visita 100/100 recomendado.

As some meme I saw on instagram put it: when you go somewhere with your kids, it’s a trip. When you go somewhere without your kids, it’s a *vacation*. Well, Ana y Jose managed to make our first trip to Tulum since we had our child feel like a *vacation* again. My wife and I loved Tulum pre-kids (it’s worth the hassle to get to Tulum, trust me) but the place we went to last time did not seem to be child friendly. Ana Y Jose by contrast were extremely child friendly, with amenities like kids food (I didn’t come to mexico to eat chicken fingers but evidently my 2 year old did!), a kids club, kids beach toys to keep our toddler preoccupied playing in the sand, and above else, staff who were incredibly attentive and kind to our toddler—and to us! Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, but I must thank the ones who went above and beyond Omar, who made our daughter feel like a princess (while keeping the drinks flowing for the queen and king of course). Pablo, who made sure our toddler’s fruit plate was sliced up finely enough so she could grab it with her little toddler fingers. Pau, the versatile and responsive host who helped the train from going off the rails when our au pair got badly ill (it wasn’t the food, don’t worry!) All in all it was a practically perfect vacation where we got to feel proper Tulum vibes while still parenting. We will definitely be coming back to Ana y Jose!

Isai & permitvo was very helpful they took very good care of us I would recommend hip hotel to anyone visiting tulum much better than the cluttered taboo nice chilled vibes for a young or older crowd

This review is specifically for the hotel's restaurant, which is excellent. My family and I recently moved to Tulum from the US and just discovered Ana y Jose. Tonight we went to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday and had a fantastic time. Benjamin and Miguel, our servers, were on point. They were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and like all the best servers, they picked up our vibe right away and matched it. I didn't catch the bartender's name, but he was making great cocktails. Ambiance and environment were stellar. The food, also, was very good. My brother and I both had the Tikinxic Fish and we both loved it. I've had meals at other restaurants that I've been more excited by (keep in mind I've got a debauched US palate), but I don't think I've had a more hearty, satisfying meal that left me feeling so good. Everything was flavorful, beautiful, and healthy. They also treated us to a surprise birthday dessert at the end that involved rum and fire and was wonderful. My 7 year old would like me to add that the french fries were perfect, but the desserts were too healthy and grown-up. She thought the fire thing was awesome, but was decidedly not into the rum flavor. 🤗 We're planning on going back tomorrow to check out the beach club. Their spot looked gorgeous at night. tl;dr Lovely restaurant with excellent service, great food, and some of the friendliest vibes we've experienced so far.

Our room was beautiful and thoughtfully cared for every day. the concierge staff were so attentive to every detail of our stay. And a shout out to the very honest and quick thinking cleaning staff that found our wallet we'd missed when we cleared out the safe! They were able to message us in our taxi before we got too far away. We are so thankful to them😆
