La habitación muy amplia y confortable. La cama muy buena. No llega internet en la habitación, con lo cual no se puede utilizar la tv y tampoco el wifi en ningun dispositivo. Una contra también es el ruido externo de la calle pero por sobre todo del restaurant de abajo del hotel que a la noche el volumen de la música es muy alto. También por la mañana muy temprano, 7 AM se escucha ruido del restaurant y es molesto. El personal del hotel es muy amable y servicial.

4 nuits à Tulum. Choix judicieux pour l'emplacement proche du centre, des restaurants et des collectivo pour aller aux plages et aux ruines de Tulum. Excellent qualité prix. Piscine agréable avec bar ouvert du matin jusqu'en fin de soirée. Personnel très sympathique et très prévenant. Lieu à recommander.

Excelente servicio. Muy buena la atención en todo momento. Limitado de estacionamiento pero se puede dejar el coche en la calle y sin problema, muy tranquilo y seguro. Lugares para cenar cerca en caso de querer hacerlo ya muy noche.

Hotel muy cómodo a buen precio, habitación muy amplia con buena refrigeración, tiene un restaurant que ofrece muy buenos desayunos, buena ubicación, las bicicletas que rentan pudieran estar en mejor estado, el recepcionista Jafeth nos brindó una excelente atención y siempre nos orientó con nuestras dudas.

Cumple lo que promete. Un cálido recibimiento en recepción, los cuartos de buen tamaño y limpios. No use la alberca porque iba por trabajo pero también se veía en buen estado. Si regreso!

Unfortunately, it all started with the drain not working and there were no other rooms to change to. After much argumentation, we got a congratulatory lunch as compensation. Then it turned out that we got bed lice, which they didn't want to admit it was. Breakfast consisted of fruit, scrambled eggs and American pancakes. If you were there at 8am it was hot, then everything just cooled down. In the end, they became really unpleasant when we wanted tea for breakfast, only coffee was included, so we would have to pay extra for the tea. A sad experience over al.

Really Noisy!! No PLACE TO REST!! I traveled 1 hour back just to have a nice rest and what a surprise!! They ran out of Water!!! It took 2 hours to service again!!! They really do not care about customers , I had too long!! Because they are not are aware of water supply!! Too expensive for not having water storage!! And Too NOISY!! It is not really worth the Price

Magnífico hotel, exelente atención y es un hotel muy bonito y tranquilo.

Razoável, vale pela localização mas deixa a desejar em vários aspectos. Fiz check in à noite, e simplesmente não havia água no banheiro, confesso que a primeira impressão foi péssima. Toalhas de banho rasgadas, não repõem os produtos do banheiro, serviço de quarto inoportuno (batiam na porta mesmo com o aviso para não incomodar). Pelo lado positivo destaco a qualidade das camas e a área da piscina que é bonita, porém o hotel ainda tem muito a melhorar.

El hotel es bastante cómodo para cualquier tipo de ocasión y muy bien ubicado. No es lujoso pero tiene lo necesario para un buen descanso y relajación.

The place is amazing but stuff wasn’t very nice and gave us a feeling we are not welcomed. Breakfast was told it would be at 8 but it only came out at 8:50 and delayed our schedule

They were super slow. Everything was really bad. The only good thing about the hotel: the staff were "trying" to make things better.

No me gustó que se fue la luz 2 veces en mi estadía ahi.
