Bel hôtel bien situé dans Tulum. Personnel sympathique et accueillant. Le soir vous entendez là musique du bar d’en face mais aussi la journée on entendait un écoulement d’eau permanent du au fonctionnement de la piscine sur le toit. Cela s’arrête à 23h00… Petit déjeuner vegan… rien de proposé en remplacement même pour un enfant qui n’aime pas. C’est la carte en supplément. Prenez la chambre sans petit déjeuner si vous n’êtes pas fan du vegan et vous pourrez aller à une boulangerie (La Panaderia) à 300-400 mètres qui propose du pain de la Focaccia et des sandwichs…. Tout est fait maison… excellent.

房間有一個小露台，看起來很漂亮，床被吃掉了，空間足夠，沒有屏幕，但有很好的網絡，如果你想通過流媒體觀看一些東西，你可以使用你的筆記本電腦或手機，游泳池是非常小，可以看到屋頂的景色，我不喜歡餐廳的食物，工作人員高效而樂於助人，我們可以進入他們的海灘俱樂部，很漂亮，但不幸的是馬尾藻不允許我們進入海濱。

I figure it´s one of the nicer hotels in Tulum but the bar isn´t set very high in that city. It´s very loud in the whole town. Across the street is a hostel, they like to party. I read that in the reviews and can confirm so I brought my earplugs and that was fine. For us the location was perfect since the Aki supermarket and the ADO bus station for our tours were just 10 minutes by foot. Our dive instructor works at the hostel across the street and there are several great restaurants withing 10 minutes walking distance. The room was clean and modern, shower nice and big. Bed was very comfortable. The garden is not worth it. Very small surrounded by 5 meters of concrete wall, so you don´t even know if the sun is out or not. Still I can recommend staying here and use the hotel as your hq to start journeys to ruins/cenotes/dives etc.

Stayed with a party of 2 but only kept receiving one towel

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay! Very friendly and helpful staff. Vegan food was very tasty. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a more personable and boutique style stay.

Staff was cheap with the towels but the breakfast was alright but light. Overall 3/5 as it was on the pricy side and not many amenities.

My husband & me stayed at this property for 4 days & everything was amazing, the service, the area, lots of restaurants & stores near by. our room was so beautiful & the patio was lovely. Will definitely recommend it

This “hotel” was so bad, it’s almost laughable. Ants, bugs in the room, “housekeeping” was a joke, no tissue in the rooms. Shower and shower head was covered in calcification (needs a good vinegar soak or something). Sink looked mouldy. “Pool” was a joke - more like a large bathtub. Saving grace was the vegan restaurant upstairs. Near food options, and great staff there (not hotel staff).
