蒂尼卡山姆城鎮酒店(Sam's Town Tunica)

I checked in a little late 11 pm ish. It was semi dark in the lobby and I thought nobody was behind the desk so I started to download the mobile app to check in when low and behold surprised! Even I laughed how high I jumped when I was greatest. I was visiting and usually spend the night somewhere on my trip between Florida and Missouri. The last 3 tripsIve paid well over 120 a night for rooms I've actually had to clean (no shower shoes) or pulled comforter back and the sheets could not have been changed. I did not leave bad reviews for the OTHERS, so I want to insure an excellent review for Sam's town. Not only were they sparkling clean, made me laugh and eased my mind as far as security. I also won a couple hundred dollars in the ****** and the.rooms were way more comfortable and a lot more reasonable than any others I've stayed. Thank you Sams Town I will be back!!

Great stay

No restaurant, no coffee bar, no nosmoking area. No where I would stay again. Check in people could not be understood, wore mask and mumbled. Everything being remodeled and was not told all amenities weren't available.

The stay was great! The only complaint is one of the beds had no comforter, only two sheets. We didn’t notice until that night so we did not allow them to fix the issue for us, we made it just fine. Side note: while the hotel was great, the ****** left a lot to be desired! The ****** is just not as fun as it once was. It’s boring and dull.

Windows in parking lot was busted out of vehicles scared to park in hotel parking. Rooms don’t have microwaves in them so the food I ordered downstairs I had to eat cold for the price I paid y’all could at least have an iron

This property was convenient and inexpensive. But was just average in most other ways - somewhat worn, dated, not particularly clean, etc. the service was good. Dining options were practically non existent, but the Mexican place was delicious and the staff were wonderful. The slots area was nice and the waitresses were excellent. Overall it was ok. Nothing to write home about.

The air conditioning in our rooms did not work. We were unaware of construction inside the hotel. The rooms and hallways had a terrible smell.

This may be the dirtiest hotel my wife or I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Upon entering the room we noticed the lamp shade had a yellow and brown stain on it. The bed couldn’t have had clean sheets. The toilet area had what looked to be urine splattered around with a weird yellow haze on an otherwise white toliet. No matter how much we turned up the heat, it stayed ice cold in the room. Every trash can outside the hotel room was full and normally a case of beer box on top. On top of all of that, the musty air was ripe. We got in late and were only passing through so I slept on the bed fully clothed and above the covers using my jacket for warmth. My wife couldn’t get herself to sleep in the bed so she slept sitting up in the room chair. Just don’t do it unless you literally don’t care about your health.
