不得不去隔壁的汽車旅館吃飯，因為沒有自助餐。他們有幾個小咖啡館，但根本沒有像州那樣的自助早餐或自助餐。房間很漂亮很乾凈。我再也不會回到 tunica 他們的機器太緊了。在那裡損失了很多錢。我們從俄克拉荷馬州開車過來。我們在這裏贏得了更多的勝利。如果想回去，我會住在隔壁的汽車旅館。但我不會笑

首先，廁所很臟，好像沒有人乾淨，其次，一條浴巾看起來像是有人用過的，然後把它摺疊起來，到處都是黑牛排，非常失望，尤其是因為我們仍處於 COVID 大流行中

Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht gebucht. Das Zimmer war grossräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider hat eine Lampe nicht funktioniert, und der TV hatte immer einen Blaustich im Bild. Das Hotel hat ein sehr gutes Steakhouse. Das Parkieren war kostenlos.

The ice storm of 2024 hit while I was here and the staff was on top of it. There was food. There was water. The rooms were still being cleaned if you wanted your room cleaned. The entire area around the ****** and hotel was snowed in but, we really could not tell except for maybe a delay or two, which was honestly completely expected. I was very impressed with the way the Horseshoe put it together during this tough time.

When you stay a few days or use a third party payer the will swipe your card more than once holding more than the resort an deposit an kie about it . Dont get a double room we only got one set of towel had to call for extra a housekeeper that use profanity in front of kids an guest then on check out get charge for movies never ordered when we was hardly in the room an they have a manager that wwill lie with them when you show them whats been taken out your account in front of them

We did t have hot water at night for a couple of nights. They don’t clean rooms at all. The room’s carpet and chairs are nasty. Hallways do not smell good at all

For some reason the reservation didn’t go through from this app to the resort. They said they didn’t have any rooms and couldn’t do anything since they couldn’t find the reservation in their system. Your agent, Hannah, was able to talk them into giving me a refund.

Second time in a row that there was not enough water pressure to take a shower. Bathroom with mold in the shower. Just not clean.

Enjoyed experience. Area not what it used to be. We have spent many times in Tunica area. Kind of feel like it was a great and honorable experiment that didn’t succeed. We enjoy our nights there but notice the decline. We will continue our stops on our way to NOLA unless it continues to dep. good luck
