The price you pay is far from the service that one would expect form a 5-star hotel. 1. Rooms: Rooms are large and decently furnished but cleanliness is quite disappointing. Housekeeping was random at best, and they only cleaned on demand (for example, the bathroom or balcony were never cleaned unless we requested it explicitly). Rooms on the ground floor can be visited by stray cats if one leaves the door open. This is what happened to us. With my wife being allergic, we asked for an alternative arrangement which was promptly found. We were given a new room at an upper floor and with a better view. 2. Service: a. Beach service was horrible. First, like rooms’, beach cleanliness is a mirage. Stray dogs are around all the time and the beach is always dirty (see pictures of what the beach looks like at 9am on a typical day). The beach is also adjacent to a drain with stagnant water, which on a typical windy day sometimes smells. Second, almost none of the staff speak a decent English. Finally, the beach is open to outsiders. While nowhere was this written when I made the reservation, the end result is that, particularly during weekends, you may find yourself without an umbrella and beds. That is exactly what happened to us when we checked in on a Sunday afternoon. Moreover, barely are there controls at entry, so in theory anyone can (and in fact does) use the beach. b. Dining was also quite poor. The hotel has four restaurants but only two are open for dinner. This leaves us with fewer options. Yes, the nearby village offers alternatives, but it is not clear why a 5-star hotel should only have two restaurants open for dinner (note: one is a beach restaurant). c. On a positive note, staff were very helpful, especially Elena, the guest relations manager, who was very kind with us and tried her best to improve the service, yet there are structural problems that only the general management can and should try to solve. Speaking of which, we lodged a complaint with central Radisson and no one bothered to reply, not even an automatic reply acknowledging receipt of the message. As the saying goes: “the fish rots from the head”. 3. Location: This is definitely a plus. The hotel is located in a beautiful bay, with crystalline waters. However, the place is a bit self-containing, with very limited options to walk and dine around, and explore adjacent places. There is a no-frills village at walking distance but you can only reach it by taxi, as it is not advisable to walk on the margins of the road. In sum, if you are looking for a truly 5-star hotel experience look elsewhere.

What a location!!! I have nothing but praise for this fabulous boutique hotel and restaurant. The view from our room was stunning. Sitting on the terrace having breakfast was amazing. What makes this hotel is the amazing staff especially Yusuf, he was a star. The lovely owner sent us lots of information which helped us during our stay. You must eat in their restaurant which serves delicious food at very reasonable prices. Don’t hesitate book a stay here xx

The hotel room was good space for 2 adults and it was super clean. All of the reception members were nice and kind and helpful all of them were kind and lovely they also helped us in some activity ideas and beaches and some placed we told them to call and they kindly did which was very nice of them to do. Definitely going to choose this place near the yalikavak marina like 23 min walking

We have been coming to ambrosia for 13 years and over this time we’ve seen some changes and this year was much better hotel seems to get better every year the only thing we didn’t like was the same breakfast everyday for 2 weeks which was Turkish breakfast, it’s lovely but not for us everyday, but we just went somewhere else for something different. I want to give a shout out to the staff on the front Ahmet Alalp and Genghis but also a lovely lad that made our beach day lovely by doing the simple thing like bring ice to keep our drinks cold (sorry can’t remember your name) and to a gorgeous young lady that started the same day we arrived she didn’t stop running around keeping everything tidy. We spent the second part of our honeymoon here it was faultless! The staff were kind and helpful. A special thank you to Serkan who made our entire experience what it was by being so hospitable. We stayed in Room 222 which was spacious and cleaned daily. The room also had a beautiful view and a jacuzzi which was great to use during sunset. The bathroom could have been a little bigger but ultimately was clean and functional. The hotel restaurant (Milo by Roas) also had amazing views and was simply superb! The food was always cooked to perfection and the breakfast in particular was some of the best we’ve had in Turkey. We found ourselves coming back to the restaurant on numerous occasions. All of the food was very reasonably priced too. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds available. Location of the hotel was quiet and convenient with the central areas only a 5 minute taxi ride away. Bitez beach is just a short walk away. Reception staff would call a taxi from a reliable company for us which was great. Prior to booking the customer service via WhatsApp was also fantastic. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

整體酒店環境和條件還算不錯，但是在房間遺失一副藍牙耳機，因為是和手機會自動連接的，發現遺失當晚在酒店房間失去了藍牙耳機連接。奇怪的是，第二天早上居然自動接連了，打開房門，正好有服務員經過… 我向她告知這個情況，希望找到後給我 直到check out了，仍舊沒有找回耳機。

Amazing hotel. We stayed for 2 weeks all inclusive. Lovely hotel room with amazing decor. The highlight was the food and staff! Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options including freshly made omelettes and eggs. Lunch and dinner were ordered through a QR code (a la carte), there was plenty of options and the food was so delicious, we enjoyed it as it was more of a restaurant vibe than a chaotic buffet, we were served by Mert throughout our stay and he was amazing, always checking we had everything we needed. Bar staff were also so attentive, even come round and asked if we needed drinks whilst sunbathing, a special shoutout to Ibrahim who was constantly making us special cocktails and by the end of the stay we were besties! Free Starbucks is always a plus too!

Limited car park area, if you are not lucky ,you have to pay money for having park area. We used trip application for booking and paid price in advance however hotel management demanded payment, i explained the situation to a few different personnel. Then they finally managed the problem ,during this period we waited 15 minutes in the lobby like a guilty... hotel could say at least sorry for their mistake,it was not warm welcoming and professional approach anyway rest of the lobby cleaning,restaurant and location is good and personnel is helpful apart from lobby register team. If you use ant app for booking, double check must be done before arriving...
