大使客棧及套房汽車旅館(Ambassador Inn & Suites)

El hotel es excelente! Muy buena la atrasado, al comienzo no encontraron la reserva, pero nunca me dijeron que no se había hecho. El único detalle puede ser que el desayuno no tiene mucha variedad, pero está bien

Muy limpio, cómodo, seguro, sólo el desayuno es delicioso simple, no hay nada caliente, tampoco ponen agua para tomar en la habitación.

Employee tried to charge me 60$ extra because I spelled like black and mild smoke and she automatically thought I was smoking in the room and I told her numerous of times to go check the room yourself I don’t smoke in rooms almost had a whole argument until she changed her mind

The manager on duty was friendly at first, I originally reserved a non smoking room but I decided to change to smoking because of my friend but once we got to room it was horrible. Carpet was torn, the lounge chair had stains so I asked for non smoking room. He was rude and told me I need to pay $60 deposit, so I did but when we left I made sure he checked the room to make sure I wouldn’t have a problem getting my deposit back. Breakfast was limited. We asked for extra towels and he was rude about that. The bed was comfortable. The only way I will stay at this place again is if there were no other rooms available.

Rooms were clean, location was great. Microwave in the room. Needed a place to stay while I hunted.. will be back to stay again!

The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfy. I loved the amenities and would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!

Ambassador Inn & Suites Tuscaloosa is a good clean hotel but I couldn’t watch the television. My television was broken so my stay wasn’t so good.
