塔斯卡盧薩麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tuscaloosa, AL)

We often stay at this hotel due to location and affordability. It needs some upkeep. Ceiling tiles in the hallway need to be replaced and rooms need to be checked for mold.

Dirty. Some people staying there were extremely loud. Maybe caution patrons to be mindful of others especially after 11:00 pm.

Had to stay due to a family medical emergency. During a home game vs LSU. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was very reasonable for booking the last minute (that day.) Beds were comfortable, bathroom and room were clean. Breakfast was hot and had many choices. Hotel itself was very quiet. Would not hesitate to return.

The young lady who checked me in was extremely pleasant. Unfortunately the person on duty for check out was checked out. I stood at the front desk for at least 15 minutes calling for help with check out and nobody was in sight. There were 2 women sitting in front eating with a child so I assumed they were guests as well. Nope it was the employee who was supposed to be at the desk. Overall it’s an older property that doesn’t seem like it gets much traffic. There was no hot water and red and black stuff coming out of the tub faucet when running the water. Towels were dirty and surfaces were dusty. I was ultimately promised two free nights to compensate for the inconvenience which I have yet to receive an email for. It’s not somewhere to stay for any more than a night or two unless you literally just need somewhere to sleep and don’t mind a cold shower.

The staff was super nice , and the breakfast was good too. The coffee was terrible tho :( The rooms were comfy, I think the place as a whole could use a facelift, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Would stay again if we had to.

the room was clean and bed was comfortable not. I was only in town for 2 nights to see my son at University of Alabama.

I tried to cancel my reservation 5 days prior & found out I could not. Even for an emergency. ******* would have ok’d the cancellation, but the hotel would not. Apparently they have a 2 wk cancellation policy. Yes, my mistake for not knowing this. Regardless, have never heard of a 2 wk cancellation policy. 24-48 hrs is typical & makes much more sense. The property manager would only email & wasn’t very pleasant, at all. The hotel is very dated. It was clean enough. The breakfast is nothing to write home about. Our faucet in the bathroom leaked & was loud so we needed to make sure the bathroom door was closed so it didn’t keep us up. Throw in they raked us over the coals. ******* doesn’t allow me to say the rate, which is so odd. It was Alabama Homecoming. We were also told they don’t service the room if staying 2 days. For that kind of money & the few issues….. we won’t ever be back. The biggest take away - know they have a ridiculous cancellation policy. Stay somewhere else in case something comes up! The lady at the front desk was very nice though.

This hotel was on the edge of town and not right in the middle of all the traffic…..yet close enough to everything. That’s one of the things we liked about it’s location. The room was spacious and very clean.

Great choice for football game weekend. The festive lobby was fun. Rooms were just fine, Cleaning staff was friendly and efficient.
