Lied about breakfast Room was fine but old. A/C was excellent. Breakfast was NOT as advertised. Even called on the way there and told breakfast was omlets, bacon, pancakes... they had sausage patties, "congealed gravy", biscuits that looked and felt 5 days old, yogurt and cereal. Not a breakfast for a diabetic... needed protein that i was told they would have. Talked to customer service and they apologized but did not offer any compensation or future stay discount. Will not be back

There wasnt an elevator and when I call the office to ask about and explained I had a handicap son with me, no offer of switching to first floor. No information provided on where the ice machine was, no in room coffee. The security gate stayed open 24 hours, not in a good area of town. The fan in the bathroom wouldnt turn off. Will not being staying at a Days Inn again. Thought the Wyndham properties were of better quality .

The Staff were very courteous and professional, the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, the room amenities were very good and the hotel price was very reasonable.
