The young lady at my evening check in was EXCELLENT. She was even accommodating for two guests I had in the lobby. My issue was with the overnight/early morning staffer and the morning front desk person. When I came down at 6:30 to put a bag in the car and return to my room the overnight person responded to me as if I was walking in off the street. He was on guard and looking afraid when I asked about breakfast start. On my second trip to the car the day worker was being dropped off for work with that large SUV parked nearly inside the door! It was blocking my exit and did not move up in consideration. When reentering the Hotel the young lady and overnight worker were both looking at me suspiciously, again, as though my presence needed a clarification when it should have been obvious that I was a guest. It didn’t make sense and was not hospitality.
