Good stay at this place. I always enjoy the hospitality. The $150 refundable is a bit too much to cover any room damage, that needs to change ASAP! Other than that nice hotel.

Hotel is basic level. Building and rooms are newer than most. Breakfast, service, and cleanliness were two good areas. No Internet or internet TV was disappointing especially as it is normally good. Lack of internet plus little to no phone reception in room led to frustration. I went to hotel next door for wifi but that was not a quick walk. Would like a discount or something to make up for the lack of what is fairly important these days..

Property is fine however, they showed no sign of my reservation!! Thank goodness, the Staff found us a room, not what I paid for, but a room after I showed her ******* had taken the money from my account!! ******* really dropped the ball this time!!!

The stay would’ve been great but when I got up to get ready for work at 430 am the hot was wasn’t working. I ran the shower for twenty minutes and still didn’t get hot. I had to end up taking a cold shower very disappointing.

The bed was almost 3ft tall. We. Are here for hubby to have back surgery. He slept in that small chair. Hit his arm on tge metall shower door cause it opens awkwardly. Won't stay here again . Im so tired.

We came because of the weather. My husband was scheduled for surgery at Christus Mother Francis. Since your hotel is the closest and the reviews were good I booked a night with you so I wouldn't have far to drive if the roads were bad. We were pleasantly surprised at a comfortable stay. Thank you.
