卡爾德拉酒店(Caldera Cave Hotel & Restaurant)

Hire molto bello, con stanze scavate nel tufo che affacciano direttamente sull’incredibile vallata di Uchisar con i camini delle fate. Colazione incredibilmente vasta, personale gentile, il ristorante ha un’ottima cucina. Uchisar è una valida alternativa più tranquilla rispetto alla più caotica Goreme.

Suite panoramique très belle, spacieuse avec une vue superbe sur le rocher d’Uchisar. Petit déjeuner très copieux et excellent. Accueil très sympathique. Merci d’avoir pris nos valises en arrivant comme au départ. Le restaurant de l’hôtel propose d’excellents repas d’un très bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est très gentil et agréable. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter les sites alentours.

Odalar geniş. Manzarası da güzel. Genel olarak iyiydi. Rahatsız olduğumuz 2 konu vardı. 1.si odalara çok fazla oda parfümü sıkılmış oluyor ve alerjik yapıdaki insanlar için çok rahatsız edici bir durum nefes almamı zorlaştırdı. 2.si kahvaltısı hiç iyi değil. Çeşit olarak güzel gibi dursa da hiç hijyenik değil. Ürünler temiz ve taze değildi, hatta bu nedenle sağlığımız olumsuz etkilendi. Otelden çıktığımız için de bu konuyu bildirememiştik.

Ubicado a los pies del Castillo de Uchisar con unas vistas increiblemente bellas. Habitaciones excabadas en la roca de buen tamaño con bastante olor a humedad. Mobiliario e iluminación pobre. A la limpieza de las habitaciones y terrazas le falta profundidad. Desayuno muy surtido de la mejor calidad y elaboración al momento por una profesional de la cocina. El restaurante del hotel, Senza, sirve las mejores comidas que he degustado en mi viaje a Turquía. Las vistas desde el mismo son casi tan buenas como las comidas. Lo mejor que tiene esta hotel es su personal. Berfin nos ha atendido con profesionalidad y ha demostrado una calidad humana excepcional. Vahap ha sido muy amable y atento. El hotel es excelente en la relación costo beneficio.

Caldera Hotel was a dream. I booked a suprise getaway for my husbands 30th Birthday and it was the most amazing experience. As we booked through a travel agent, I didn't know what type of room I had booked so I emailed Caldera Hotel a few days before arriving to ask what type of room we had as I wanted to make sure it was special for my husbands birthday - amazingly, I received an email by return upgrading our room to have the most beautiful view we could of ever imagined. We stayed in room 402 and we woke up in the mornings to the view of hot air balloons gracefully floating past the Uchisar Castle. It was absolutely magical watching the sunrise on the balcony with a coffee, the balloons in the background glowing up the sky each time the flames ignited. We could even watch from bed if we didn't want to get up. The customer service was brilliant, especially from the night receptionist, Vahap, who helped us tremendously when my husband needed to get to a hospital for medical attention at 6am. He called a taxi, explained the problem and asked the taxi drive to then speak with the hospital to explain everything- we really appreciated everything so much. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very extensive. Vahap and Barfin gave great service each morning making every morning start great. We never finished a breakfast in our 5 days although we did give it a very good try!! You certainly won't go hungry. The restaurant next door, Senza, is also a part of Calder Hotel and we had dinner here on our last night. The food was delicious with large portion sizes. Reasonably priced and definitely worth a visit. The views from the restaurant are beautiful with sunset lighting up the castle. The location of the Hotel is fantastic- Uchisar is a small town with everything perfectly compact. The hotel is less than 2 minutes away and the streets are filled with restaurants, markets, gift shops, wine shops - all overlooking the beautiful Uchisar Valley & Castle. Goreme is only a 10 minute taxi drive away costing approximately 80-90 Turkish Lira. It was the perfect getaway and I would absolutely recommend Caldera Hotel. It is a very special place that will stay in my heart.

Wir hatten die Panoramasuite gebucht. Von hier aus ging der Blick direkt auf Uchisar Castle. Das Zimmer war eine Höhlensuite, trotzdem mit Tageslicht. Direkt davor eine Terrasse. Das Frühstück war üppig und sensationell, die vielen Teller mit Käse, Oliven, Marmelade und Honig, Obst, Eierspeise und vieles mehr hatten kaum Platz auf dem Tisch und es hätte für 4 Personen gereicht. Dazu vom Restaurant die tolle Aussicht, besser kann es nicht sein. Über das Hotel haben wir auch im voraus den Transfer vom Flughafen und die Ballonfahrt gebucht. Leider wurde für den gebuchten Tag wegen den Wetterbedingungen abgesagt, doch der Manager Gökhan kümmerte sich super um eine Umbuchung. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Das Uchisar Castle ist in 2 Minuten vom Hotel aus zu erreichen, ebenso ist die Bushaltestelle für den Dolmus nach Göreme nicht weit. Auch das wunderschöne Taubental kann gut von hier aus zu Fuß erkundet werden. Direkt über der Suite war das Restaurant. Wenn hier die Gäste Stühle bewegten, war es leider im Zimmer sehr störend. Filz unter den Stuhlbeinen würden Abhilfe bringen. Die Polster auf den Sitzgelegenheiten der Terrasse waren voller Katzenhaare. Dies als Verbesserungsvorschlag, trotz dieser kleinen Kritikpunkte geben wir volle Punktzahl, der Manager Gökhan hat mit seinem Einsatz bei der Umbuchung der Ballonfahrt alles wettgemacht.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a comfortable clean and nicely decorated room, stunning location and view, amazing food and wonderful staff! Highly recommended to anyone considering a trip to Cappadocia. We can't wait to come back again!

Caldera Cave❤ Muhteşem manzaraya sahip bir otel. Şarabınızı peri bacaları ve uchisar kalesi manzarasında yudumlamak hemde odanızın balkonunda bu keyfi yaşamak isterseniz kesinlikle bu oteli tercih edin derim. Otelin Sessiz ve kaliteli bir ortamı var tam kafa dinlemelik. Bu çok hoşuma gitmişti. Ayrıca Kaldıgımız oda çok temizdi, ortak kullanım alanlarıda kaldığım süre boyunca aşırı temizdi. Kahvaltisida ***et güzel kahvaltınızı yine peribacalari manzarasında yapacaksınız. Personelleride güler yüzlü yardımsever insanlardı.Unutulmaz bir tatil geçirmeniz için ellerinden geleni fazlasıyla yapıyorlar. Ben tatilim boyunca çok memnun kaldim. Buraya tekrar geldiğimde yine calderayı tercih edeceğim.

For the foreign visitors: the hotel is absolutely the best one in the neighborhood. We booked the hotel for the weekend and we had great times. Location of the hotel is amazing. We just walked away all famous places to visit. In addition to its great location, the view of the hotel is incredible. So if you are looking for a hotel in Uchisar, you can book the hotel without any hesitation. Yerli misafirler için: kesinlikle bölgedeki en iyi otel. Haftasonu için tercih ettiğimiz Caldera Otelden çok memnun olarak ayrıldık. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Civarda gezilebilecek en güzel yerlere yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Lokasyonuna ek olarak otelin manzarası inanılmaz. Bu nedenle Uçhisar'da kalacak otel arıyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
