Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Best hotel

Poor staff not friendly

Sûrement le pire hôtel que j’ai fréquenté en Inde. Sous des apparences de 5 étoiles, on se retrouve dans un hôtel sans entretien. Tout est usé, cassé, pourri. Ma lampe de chevet ne s’allu***t pas j’ai essayé de trouver le fil de la lampe, les fils étaient arrachés, à nu sur la table de chevet, très dangereux. La climatisation ? Oubliez rapidement, les modules de com***de sont complètement détruits et inutilisables. J’ai réclamé pour changer de chambre, le réceptionniste ne voulait pas et voulait appeler un technicien, à 23h…. J’avoue m’être passablement énervé mais au final j’ai réussi à avoir une autre chambre. Sûrement la pire de l’hôtel… aucune vie, les fenêtres donnaient sur un mur de cour intérieure, juste la où se trouvent les énormes ventilateurs de la climatisation. Bref, 1 point fort, les fenêtres bien isolées m’empêchaient d’entendre le bruit de réacteur de 747 des ventilateurs Service au restaurant totalement chaotique, mais c’est la règle dans tous les hôtels en Inde

"Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant à plusieurs égards. Dès notre arrivée, le personnel nous a constamment harcelés pour laisser des critiques sur TripAdvisor, défor***t ainsi les évaluations. Les cinq étoiles attribuées sont clairement exagérées, car l'établissement ne répond pas aux normes d'un hôtel cinq étoiles. Bien que le personnel fasse de son mieux, les installations laissent beaucoup à désirer, en particulier l'ascenseur, qui est très mal entretenu et sale. De plus, nous avons rencontré des problèmes avec le wifi, qui était déficient pendant toute notre séjour. La qualité de la nourriture proposée à l'hôtel laissait beaucoup à désirer en termes de goût et de variété, et la pression de l'eau dans les installations était nettement faible. Ces aspects négatifs ont contribué de ***ière significative à notre perception générale défavorable de cet établissement."

Chef Neeraj Singh and chef Yogendea Singh and also team *** chayan, akshya and Raju give an excellent service. This was my best trip in India. Food is very delicious and they have lots of variety of food in the buffet. Best hotel in the city. Breakfast was good and wide spread.

O atendimento é excelente feito por : Rakesh sinhá ,Yogendra pramod. A recepção feita também atende bem o que se pede . O café da ***hã possui características bem ocidentais o que facilita muito a estadia. O quarto era limpo e comida atende bem .

Amazing place food and mesmerizing view from your hotel and room.if i want peace with great ambience and satisfying meal.humble and cooprative staff,neat and clean room with all aminities. And last but not the least Chef Yogendra and Chef Neeraj,really expertise in their own field,if u r foodieee thn come ,from breakfast to dinner The varieties they served its on the another level,all the cuisine with great presentation.personally they both can take the guests reviews and gre8hoslitality live music…. Greatttt experience ……….delicious foodddddd.great option for vegetarians

Travelled as part of a group of 28. We visited 10 hotels in various locations during the trip all good standard and a few truly superb. This hotel was OK but only after all of the issues were fixed. On the drive up to the hotel I thought “hmmm” as the location seemed to be in a fairly isolated area - the guy from the art gallery we visited one day who came to deliver purchases even commented that he found it difficult to find and he was a local! Every member of the tour group seemed to have issues with their room. One had the “lovely” surprise of a floater in the toilet. I was underwhelmed by my room when I first stepped in and thought “wellllll ok” but then the pinging messages of the Group WhatsApp started with people sharing issues. I then started to look very closely and it became very obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly since last occupant… shower floor dirty, shower head appalling, room floor dirty, broken kettle and then I checked the bed … filthy pillows which should have been incinerated not shoved in a clean pillow case, a mattress protector absolutely covered in old yellowing and brown stains … I felt ill looking at it. I complained to ***agement and tour guide and changed the room immediately. The ***ager seemed to have no answer as to why the bedding was filthy and the room not cleaned. My replacement room was much better - ie clean bedding and believe me I checked everything before accepting it. The Head of Housekeeping - very apologetic - was in the room ***** with the ***ager - who didn’t say much - and 3 staff who were fixing the issues I pointed out. Now yes they fixed the problems very quickly but they shouldn’t have had to have them pointed out - quite forcefully as I was absolutely furious at the basic lack of cleanliness of the first room - if you’re running a hotel and can’t get the basics right then don’t bother. I wasn’t being fussy I merely wanted a clean room ! No other hotel we stayed at needed prodding on cleaning. I see from the reviews the ***ager keeps talking about “staff training” - well the ***ager needs to go see a real 4/5 star hotel learn their procedure and the adequately supervise his staff.

Very dishonest of the ***agement to claim this is a 5 star hotel. Missing bedsheets, torn bedsheets, dirty bedsheets, windows that don’t shut, bathroom fan without a grille that let insects into the room, toilets that don’t flush, breakfast coffee served from a kettle with instant sachets, toast machine that was defective and they expected you to reach into it with metal tongs (for goodness sake just buy a new one!). Food was fine but not 5 star, staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel ***ager needs step back and think about what it takes to run a 5 star hotel. His staff don’t need more training (his usual response to poor reviews)…he needs to go visit a real 5 star hotel, learn from it, show proper leadership and drag the hotel up from 3.5 stars to 5 stars. On our tour of India we stayed at 10 hotels, including some real 5 star, and this was by far the worst. Our tour group of 28 had multiple similar issues and our tour guide insisted that the hotel staff visited all our rooms to correct the problems. One of our tour group was even met with a welcome “surprise” floating in their toilet. Awful.
