All good.

We had an absolutely amazing stay , all the staff was amazing - so courteous - hospitality at its prime. We were travelling with elderly parents and everyone looked after them, Ravi at Concierge desk was amazing. All the reception staff, staff at breakfast time (Gourav) , staff at restaurant at night time (Zhen Zui) were first class. We used spa and Riya went over the top to accommodate us and all the treatments were amazing. Facial was especially good. Hotel is in city palace premesis and it’s awesome to walk around at night after dinner when all the tourists have left - there are guards everywhere so you feels safe and with hotel card you can walk around and enjoy the night lot views without noice or obstruction. We loved it and went for walks every night. Will definitely come back here again
