阿梅特哈維利酒店(Amet Haveli)

Bel établissement, bien situé en face du palais d'Udaipur. Petite embrouille avec l'hôtel, concernant la chambre qui nous a été attribuée. Attention pour les prises électriques pour la partie ancienne de l'hôtel , où il faut impérativement un adaptateur. Le restaurant est très bien situé, avec la vue sur le lac, mais il faut faire attention, car l'hôtel bloque quelques tables pour ses clients, qui les attribue en fonction de leur arrivée. i vous arrivez une tard, vous vous retrouvez à une table mal située. Les deux diners ont été parfaits, mais il faudrait faire quelques efforts pour le petit-déjeuner.

Amet Haveli is in a fabulous location in Udaipur and our room had a superb view and was very comfy. However, the hotel is badly let down by the standard of service in the restaurant and generally around the hotel. We have never been in a hotel where you have to lay your own table at breakfast and get your own cushions for the metal chairs while the staff stood around chatting. Orders took ages to come and the serving staff had no idea of which table had placed the order - wandering around the dining area asking at tables if they had ordered this! On one morning, the coffee machine was not available at the hotel. We were told to make our own nescafe instant coffee. We also had one evening meal at the restaurant. What we noticed was that the restaurant ***ager stood shouting at the staff. The juniors did not seem to have been given training and had no idea what to do. The next level up were trying to do their own jobs and help the juniors. Overall our meal was spoilt as we felt the staff were unhappy in the jobs. During the day, there is still renovation work going on and it's quite noisy. But also, in the pool area, staff are shouting to one another across the area. It's definitely not relaxing. Generally speaking the hotel ***agement leaves an awful lot to be desired.

Absolut traumhaft!!! Wir hatten sogar ein Zimmer mit einem großen Balkon mit Aussicht zum Stadtpalast. Das Hotel in unsere Reise bisher. Alles picobello sauber, stilvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, wunderschöne Terrasse zum Frühstück mit Blick auch zum Lake Palace Hotel. Wir fühlten uns in einem Märchen. Service und Personal: erste klasse. Köstliches Frühstück.

Personnel très accueillant et très discret Roubîna a été char***te Le restaurant est très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur le lac La chambre était parfaite, avec vue sur le lac également. Cet établissement est à recom***der pour un séjour d’exception à Udaipur

Le sommet de notre voyage au Rajasthan . Magnifique hotel chambres immenses et luxueuses dans un quartier calme d'Udaipur de l'autre côté du lac Pichola , mais a 10 mns a pied de tous les sites a voir . Prendre le petit déjeuner , diner au bord du lac en face du Lake Palace restera un souvenir inoubliable . C'est également là que nous avons le mieux ***gé au restaurant de l'hotel . Une partie de l'hotel était en travaux , mais ça n'a absolument pas gaché notre plaisir

Ich habe 2 wunderbare Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Unbedingt sollte *** im Restaurant abends draussen das gute Essen mit dem tollen Ausblick auf den See geniessen. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für alles!

L’hotel è stupendo, sia le stanze che il ristorante che gli spazi comuni. Il personale fa di tutto aiutarti. Il cibo è buonissimo, assaporato sulla terrazza sul lago. Grazie Rubina per la visita e il foto shooting

Abbiamo preso una camera vista lago che consiglio vivamente, veramente molto bella. Bagno spazioso con doccia enorme.Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un incidente con la doccia per cui il soffione si è staccato ed è caduto in testa al mio compagno mentre si lavava. Rivedendolo era piuttosto arrugginito, avrebbero dovuto controllarlo. Il problema però non è tanto questo, sono disattenzioni che possono capitare, quanto piuttosto il fatto che, a parte cambiarci di stanza li per li, non abbiano fatto nulla di loro spontanea volontà per risarcirci. Abbiamo dovuto insistere durante il check out per avere uno sconto che, a mio avviso, ci avrebbero dovuto dare senza chiederlo, considerando che si rischiava l'ospedale.

no es una buena estancia. Enfrenté muchos problemas durante mi estadía aquí. No hay opción de comida y muy mal desayuno. el aire acondicionado es malo. mala conexión wifi. no es un buen hotel. Pero el lugar es bueno. bonitas callejuelas estrechas, tiendas, buenos paños y artesanía. el hotel está cerca del palacio.
