Akshay Niwas Hotel in Udaipur is a very appropriate boutique stay nearby the Pichola lake, and in the quietest part of the city. It is surrounded by beautiful palaces and mountains, and a great option for people with families and friends for holidays. I stayed here with my family, and the service was amazing with very nice staff and management. They looked after us very well. They helped plan our outings also, Overall, most enjoyable stay and will come back with friends for sure. Thanks

The property at the best location near The Oberoi Udaivillas and is accessible to all the main tourist points. The hotel is tucked away in a bylane making it cosy and private. We were there for a long duration hence requested for simple, light homemade food. Sure enough we got simple finger licking food every day. The staff was extremely courteous. The rooms were clean with all the amenities one could ask for including WiFi (a major one for us) We especially loved the overall Rajasthani architecture. The terrace is stunning with some amazing views of the city. Would definitely recommend. Thanks a lot... 🥰

Akshay NIWAS is a nice place to stay in Udaipur. Friendly and polite staff. Food in the hotel is tasty both complimentary breakfast and restaurant food on order. It is definitely recommend if you are looking for a comfortable stay.

The stay was excellent. The hotel room is big enough to accommodate 3 people. The staff is too good and understanding. They made available for us jain good which was tasty. The hotel has a good terrace for you to chill with your group and the best part is the seating area they have created on the ground floor where you can sit at night and chill. Overall the experience was good.

Lovely stay with personal service we loved the location and the beautiful hotel which is very spacious and has a clean pool and big rooftop. The service is the best part. The staff was awake for us in very late night, making sure we are comfortable in our room. This is the best part about small hotels they really take care of you. They cleaned our car too for free, and parking is also free. Our royal suite came with large coffee table and chairs and very comfortable and big traditional bed with modern linen. Room has heater and coat hanging stand. My friends and i loved our stay. It's also only 5 minutes ride to city palace
