The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

it was good and the staff was friendly . And also it is situated at very nice location. tourist spots are in range of 5 km .

Very good with complementary breakfast and beverages. Nearby City railway station and city palace. Room service is great. Food served on demand is of great taste which would be made fresh on request. Preorder would save some time. Hot water 24 hours.

Checkin was denied earlier as hotel didn't received voucher from make my trip. This was sorted after calling customer care of mmt. I checked in early at 6am and hotel charged 1000 extra for it, which i felt is bit more considering rooms. Rooms are average, hot water is also available but location is good. It's walking distance from railway station so catching up early morning train is quite easy.

Restaurant service is very bad, no tasteful food, burn parathas, salt less up-ma not acceptable, no clean room

Room was good but room service was not upto the mark. Needs to be improved. Food was not delivered to room. Breakfast service was not deliverable to room. Tv was not working. It was not fixed after many querries. Kindlt improve room service facility

Situated near to railway station. Hotel was clean and ready to move in at 10 am. Hotel allowed me early check in at 10 am. Hotel also provided me rental bike (₹400/ day). Owner especially was very friendly and helpful for nearby attractions

Really nice service. I will also recommend to other for stay in to this hotel in udaipur. I want to give the morethan 5 star but it is limitation for give the maximum 5 star really good hotel for stay

The behaviour of the staff is great. They were very polite to us. Quick service. But they denied the room service. When i tried to order food in my room they denied it.
