room is very small.batroom is very poor.air condition is very bad no cooling.breakfast timing is bad just two hours

Very poor experience in hotel but staff is very helpfully and supported but hotel is not to much better like not value of money bcz i have gone to bath but bathroom drain water is chockup total drain water total stuck not good experience weste of money

Property is clean with all necessary amenities. Staff is helpful and it was a very comfortable stay.

Room is too small and bathroom is very small. The hotel is not worth the price, will get many better options at that price. Food is not that great, it tastes ok. The staff are excellent and really helpful.

The hotel is good but the room I stayed in had the issue of water blockages in the bathroom and there was no fan in the room and the room was very small. The good thing is that the breakfast at this hotel was very good with good taste and good options too. The night view of the rooftop restaurant is very good.

Untrained staff, gave a room which has seepage , breakfast wasn’t ready till 08:30am . When told why buffet wasn’t served I was told there were just 4 guests . I was annoyed then why room wasn’t changed when rooms were vacant . I checked at 7:30am in morning and no one was at Reception. Pls refund my money as I will never book this and go by your Ratings.

at the entrance we met a severe accident with the glass door as there were no guard at the door.my husband hurted badly by the glass door..the room is so compact u can not move properly..the room service is so poor too

As per room description size mentioned 100sq ft but as actual its only 70 sq ft too small for two person and one person also don’t book studio rooms of this hotel pathetic stay

Stay was really pleasant, all the amenities as listed were provided, staff was there to resolve the issues at all times. We stayed at executive room and it had sufficient space and was properly cleaned. Location is also good, on main road and near to all the tourist places.

The room key issue is the major issue here. And the hot water. You have to call them again and again for the hot water. And every time the room is locked. Someone has to come with master key to open. For that also you need to wait. Other than this room was neat and bathroom was clean.

Comfortable stay close to sightseeing landmarks. Rooms could have been cleaner. Also so strange smell before entering lobby/ in room.

Not good for stay as room space is very less n in washroom water is lodging n hot water supply is not 24 hours .
