Washroom amenities were terrible. Got a room upgrade for next day stay. Restaurant/dining staff was extremely poor at service. Watermelon juice was stale. There were bugs on the cut fruits and salad. Staff was busy in themselves and inattentive. We were either ignored or had to wait too long. Really disappointed by restaurant staff.

Good experiance from the hotel. Breakfast was good. Hotel location is ok. But I am upset from make my trip side because after paying the age of 13 years at the time of booking, I have to pay the hotel a second time for the children who are 6 years old in the booking voucher and have paid extra money for the extra bed at the time of booking.
