Excellent property. Very nice views and very serene location. The food was good overall. Highly recommended for 2 nights or so.

Pick up arrived in form of a luxury BMW. Water bottles and some munchies were kept in the car. Reaching the hotel by a speed boat/electric boat is the USP of this property. You are pampered right from the beginning of your stay. It was a warm welcome which resulted in very high expectations from you but your Raffles Butler wasn't upto the standard. Room was well laid out with amazing amenities. Comfortable bedding and linen, welcome amenities placed in room were nice. The welcome drink was soothing and well though of by your team. The butler was efficient at first but later I realised that it was all day and no action. For instance he made a note as to when we would like to visit the spa and I confirmed him the date and time. Just for the sake of reconfirmation I went to the reception prior evening and asked at the desk about the booking and was informed that it wasn't booked. The lady at front desk called the butler who then confirmed that he will do so now. Another incident was that I asked for milk and Indian Masala tea in my room. I had asked the butler to brew the same. He just came with the milk and added it to the already made pot of English Breakfast tea and served the same. Food is excellent. Mouth watering. The Halwai items were just too tasty to resist. Tried several dishes and all stood out. Excellent choices and nice variety was available for satisfying ones hunger. Loved the garden spaces. Mr. Mohit at the Gym was very very nice. He made me do yoga after many many years. He explained each and every pose. He was a very warm and affectionate person. Mr. Pradeep and Ms. Kalyani were immaculate in their service. Mr. Pradeep took great care of us while we dined. Ms. Jesh and Ms. Anu were passionate and very patient giving us massage and explained and answered to all that we asked. Ms. Kanika is the warmest of all. She listened and understood the short comings. We had tea sipping hours during at the Writers Bar and one evening I asked for another cup of tea. A staff member just didn't care and served the previously prepared tea which had become cold and was even less than a cup. It was Ms. Kanika who understood and it was Mr. Mayank who served us well at Writers Bar. I have not understood why a Raffles property would refuse a second filling of tea to it's guest? Check out was okay. As usual guest has to be clear and check the invoice before clearing the same. Instead of a luxury BMW vehicle I was given a normal Innova car for the drop.

The food was good and we learnt interesting facts about Rajasthani cuisine. Sonam and Satveer were awesome hosts and made our visit comfortable and enjoyable. They made sure all our requests were attended to and shared fun historical facts.

My stay at the Raffles was amazing. The property provides a peaceful oasis in the middle of the lake with spectacular grounds and beautiful nature (including the green parrots!) From the moment I stepped out of the car, every person I met was gracious, kind and attentive to my needs. The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and special drinks. The room was spotlessly clean (which I take very seriously when I travel). My butler (Prashant) paid attention to every little detail including the fact that I said I couldn’t wait to try the mangos because the season was starting. When I came back to my room, there were fresh mangos waiting for me. Everything was beautifully displayed and the attention to detail was unparalleled. Prashant helped me plan my activities while I was there and made sure everything happened seamlessly. The serving staff also provided exceptional service making sure that I had everything I needed and more. What also impressed me tremendously was the staff calling my tour guide to make sure I was drinking enough and well taken care of. You won’t regret booking this hotel. It’s an experience of a lifetime.

We were made to change our booked slots at the spa 3 times arbitrarily. Nobody informed us on the phone about changes. We had to come to the spa twice at the times that were given to us but nobody was available for massages at the times told to us. We wasted 4 hours sitting in the hotel because of these time changes and missed out on city tours.
