這是一家精緻的小酒店，只有三間客房，每層一間。我們入住的是瑪哈拉尼客房，房間寬敞、漂亮，設施齊全。我們還參觀了樓上的瑪哈拉賈客房，房間更加華麗，擁有一個可以俯瞰湖泊的絕美陽台。屋頂露台是享用早餐的絕佳地點；無論是清晨還是傍晚，湖面上燈火輝煌的景色都令人陶醉。賈蘇熱情地接待了我們，提供了我們所需的所有信息，並為我們準備了美味的早餐。這間飯店是您在烏代浦爾老城中心皮丘拉湖畔下榻的完美選擇。

There’s something slightly smug about watching tourists across restaurant rooftops in Udaipur scrabbling to get the best view for sunset, when you’re sat on your own private terrace looking directly across to the sun with a cold beer in hand. The place is beautiful, room 301, nice and spacious with stunning decoration and it’s own private terrace looking over Lake Pichola. It’s in lal ghat, down some winding roads 5mins to Jagdish Temple and City Palace. It’s an easy walk to Hanuman Ghat, opposite. Jassu who runs the place is such a gentle and lovely ***. He’ll make you a simple breakfast of eggs, toast, fruit and chai, which was perfect for us. He’s always on hand to help with tours or trips out and arranged an amazing day for us seeing the real udaipur with a tuk tuk driver. Raj Niwas doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, but there are loads nearby and Jassu will happily get you a few drinks from Rainbow opposite to watch the sun set.

Great room, spotless and great location. Absolutely exceptional staff! Jassu was amazing, friendly, really nice and so helpful. Looked after me when I arrived already ill. Organised a driver for me to take me to jodhpur via the fort. He really made my visit with his great chat, care and great recommendations. I'll be back!

We had the pleasure of staying In Raj nIwas in room with balcony on third floor overlooking the Lake Pichola. The hotel is on Lal Ghat and is in a very convienient location for visiting ghats, palace, Jagdish mandir. The hotel is inside old city and only can be reached with rickshaws except early morning when car can pick you up. Room are comfortable and as in the picture. Very clean and comfortable. Jassu bhai is the star of the place. He is one *** army and very helpful. The breakfast come from their other hotel and is tasty and plentiful. Jassu even gave us packed food when we had to leave early in morning around 7 am. Small hotel where you get personal attention. The drawback is there is no lift , accessibly only by auto and restaurant and only one room has the balcony. We highly recommend this place .

We stayed in the 3rd floor room which had a lovely large balcony area overlooking Lake Pichola. This was a great place to relax and enjoy the view especially at dusk and dawn. Note there is not a lift but Jassu the host will carry your bags up for you and prepares a simple but satisfying breakfast of fruit, cereal, tea/coffee, toast & preserves and eggs how you like. Jassu or Mr Jaswant assisted us with everything from restaurant bookings and transport, money changing, transport etc. The level of service he provides is outstanding. The room is huge, super clean and very comfortable. Our bar fridge was not plugged in so I don't know if it was broken or not. No tea & coffee in the room but I asked and it was no problem. Great little find which we absolutely loved. Excellent management Jassu.

Possibly best place we’ve stayed in India after 6 months of travel here. Impeccably clean and well maintained. Spacious comfortable room on 3rd floor with great view and private terrace. Worth the effort to climb stairs. Small and quiet building in a great location. On lal ghat.

Travel to Old Udaipur in the Raj Niwas. Situated next to one of Lake Pichola’s traditional bathing spots or ghats, and within walking distance of the old town’s major sites (the City Palace is less than a quarter of a mile away), enjoy views of Lake Pichola over a slow breakfast and chay in the open-air rooftop restaurant (4th floor). It’s a small hotel of just three rooms, one on each floor, with the top floor room where I stayed having a private balcony with outside sitting area and a spectacular view (more chay). I was impressed by the attention to detail in this haweli-style boutique hotel: glimmers of gold and jade in the marble floors, Udaipuri miniature paintings throughout, and handmade wood furniture that recalls a different time. You’ll also be in good hands with Jaswant (Jasu) and the rest of the hotel staff, and an engaged owner from one of Udaipur’s prominent Rajput families, all of whom are warm and attentive. All this combined with the modern amenities, AC, free (and stable) wifi, comfortable contemporary bathrooms and showers, all very clean and well maintained. It’s a special place. Highly recommended.

Best location in Udaipur, really friendly staff Jassu. The rooms where really Clean and you get welcomed with a nice smell when you open the door. I had an amazing breakfast with insne view on the lake Pichhola would come back any time, when I visit again from Germany

Excellent location in the heart of old town, overlooking lake pichola. Luxurious room with fantastic terrace. Special call out for jassu who did everything to make our stay special, including some amazing recommendations. Will choose raj niwas every time in udaipur

I stayed at this incredible boutique hotel in one of the best locations in Udaipur. What a gem of a place! I stayed in the Maharaja Suite on the 3rd floor (walk-up) which had a huge terrace overlooking Lake Pichola. I witnessed breathtaking sunsets each evening. Mr. Jaswant was the *** who take care of everything during my stay, I mean everything, from breakfast on the 4th floor terrace dining area, helpful tips and advice about seeing the sites and when. Endless knowledge of Udaipur and the surrounding area. The staff made it feel more like I was visiting family and less like I was staying at a hotel. The breakfast was delicious each morning, the room made me feel like royalty with its Maharaja style beds, decor, colored glass windows and views that look like movies scenes. Easy to walk to City Palace, Jag Mandir, Lake side walks, restaurants with fabulous views, shopping of all kinds and just a myriad of alleyways to explore with friendly people all ***** the way. I can't wait for my next visit Udaipur and Raj Niwas, 3rd floor suite, please!

It was third time we came to this city, this hotel and to the same room (301) I think this says it all....... It is absolutely our favorite hotel/room over-all in our more than 10 trips around India. There is something about coming back to a well known place. Every time welcomed by Jassu - always like "coming home". We were here 2017, 2018 and now in 2023. Nothing changed (thank God) LOVE THIS PLACE ❤️
